It is such a waste time and that should be simple thing for consumer to use it instead of spend time to learn this things. Very disapointed that the company overlook about this.

I haven't uploaded any files to my computer to see what it sounds like though a good speaker, but it picked up guitar playing and singing from about 4 feet pretty clearly. It offers alot of recording quality options and file sizes. Very easy to use. I got it for my wife to use for recording ideas for kids songs (music therapist). Overall, I dont think theres much better to be had for less than 36 bucks. If you have 80 to spend there are better, but this is a good value.

I have had this recorder for a few weeks now. It picks up on voices very well - even when kept in a sweater pocket. Can be charged by plugging into a computer. Easy to download files. Has the ability to pick up radio stations & the provided headset works well. Small unit; fits well in your hand.To get the full instructions on how to operate & manage settings are online. No microSD is provided but plenty of memory on the unit itself.
Just bought this shinny Recorder from Best Buy and the one I was looking at was sold out at Office Depot. It’s records great with my voice, no distortion or background noise. It’s great for taking lecture notes and doing my scientific investigations. I couldn’t get a better Recorder than Philips and it’s such a reliable product that I plan to get an Advanced Recorder with Voice Sympathy. Thanks...
I found the DVT2510 Very easy to use. A simple press of the record button to start recording. Stop and the recording is stored in the current folder. There are five folders to organize the recordings and each folder can have multiple recordings. I liked that the recordings are stored in MP3 format because the files use much less space. Microphone seemed to be sensitive but in a very large room quiet voices were hard for it to pick up.
Records at levels typical for this sort of small device. At room distance, output is tough to understand at times, even with the noise reduction function. My old RCA unit would allow me to append to the end of files, and insert voice into the middle of existing files, but I don't think this machine has those features.I think and iPhone gets clearer and stronger recordings.This is good for putting next to, say, a radio for intermittent recording of repeater chatter.It's strong, feels solid with the weak point probably the on-off toggle. Putting this in a plastic sandwich bag tied with a rubber band would be a good method of protecting it in a pocketbook.
Excellent product - very user friendly and compact. Huge internal storage coupled with impressive additional storage options make this model perfect for being on the go or working on those larger projects for school, uni, or just as a hobby. Very happy with this purchase.
The setup and use was complicated to me. I had to spend several hours getting it to produce what I wanted. The manual could have given clearer instructions and needed more detail.
Nice little machine for the bucks. It does what it is intended to do. Husband like to ghost hunt lol. It does pick up some strange things. I would buy again. Nice for the price
