Great Features

I have been wanting to replace my old fingerprint locks of 10 over years. When I saw this lock, I decided to get it despite it being more expensive than other brands. And I wanted to future proof my lock at least for the next 10 years. Initially, I thought I had some issues with the facial recognition since the gate was partially blocking the sensor and camera. But after setting it up, the facial recognition still works. I was able to stand to one side, face the camera sensors and it was able to recognised instantly. The recognition was faster than putting my finger on the fingerprint sensor! I am glad I bought the lock!

Great features! If only we could use them!

I chose this product because of the features. Unfortunately, when they did the installation, both my wife and I had to work in the office. It has been impossible to get hold of anyone to help with the set up.So far, after 3 weeks of toggling around with the app and the different settings, we have only been able to unlock the door with our thumbprint, in fact, my daughter still has issues with that for some reason.We're still not able to connect to the app to make use of the other features like unlocking the door using Bluetooth or facial recognition or using the camera function to see who's at the door!Absolutely useless. I personally don't recommend at all.
