Might see if I can likewise find clearer instructions. All up though very happy to welcome this into my household

We have limited space so using this stand steamer has been so much more convenient and quicker than pulling out my ironing board and iron from the storage. The water tank is compact and small enough to fill up easily in my bathroom sink and it takes a lot of water too! It’s also easy to empty once you are finished using the steamer- just let the water run out in the bath or shower or in the sink.Integrated garment hanger is also a great addition- I am able to hang up my clothes and don’t need to hold them awkwardly while I use the steamer. I like that the stand is adjustable and I can pack it away once done using it.It also looks very stylish wherever I use it- in our laundry room, bedroom on even in living room. I love the minimalistic style and the white/grey/golden colours.Philips definitely did not disappoint with this garment steamer! You really do get a great product for such an affordable price!

I have been using this amazing Garment Steamer just about every single day for a couple of weeks ironing my work clothes as well as the kids school uniforms and so far I just love it!I was initially expecting the box to be a lot heavier than it was, so I am impressed by how light weight this product it, even with the steamer filled with water. It makes it easily portable and little to no effort to put away. The product came well packaged with instructions included which I only just glanced at and figured out most of it just by looking at the end picture. It worked on all sorts of different fabrics including pleated skirts, foiled t-shirts and cotton dresses. The stand although light, is very sturdy and stands up firmly even with a bit of wright thrown on it from various types of clothing.I love the simplistic yet practical design and the gorgeous rose gold accent colour on the machine.Highly recommend giving this a go! It has saved me so much in ironing time!

Good but....

The box arrived and I was surprised at how light it was. Initial set up was easy though I'm not a fan of the instructions which were laid out in an incoherent folded sheet, the kind which is impossible to fold back up once you've deciphered it. What is wrong with a booklet? And why not have languages separated rather than mashing all the different languages next to each diagram?Set up took about 5 mins which is good but there is no clear explanation as to what the purpose of the brush attachment on the steam head is. I will need to Google it at some point. The entire steamer is light, like the box and could do with a bit more weight behind it and a longer cord. I will need to Google it at some point. The entire steamer is light, like the box and could do with a bit more weight behind it and a longer cord. This was a particularly pain point for me as it was not the easiest to position with the limited cord length. But we digress. On to using it!It has a good sized water tank which was very to fill at the sink and return to the steamer. Filtered water seems to be preferable so I used my Brita jug. And off we went. Again the poor instructions made unclear how high to turn up the steam dial, located on the base, but I assume it's similar to an iron. Crank up for cotton, less so for delicate items. Once you turn up the dial, wait a bit and steam starts pouring out the head. There is no way to control this outpouring and a release button would have been a good add.Steaming a shirt effectively took mere minutes which was impressive but again the shirt cord meant the steamer was pressed up again cabinetry, making it it awkward to manoeuvre around to get both sides.Overall I was happy with how quickly and well it got the wrinkles out of my shirt. In a nutshell the steamer is easy to use, handy, light and compact but I worry how sturdy it is, it could do with a longer cord, a flow control on the head and far better instructions!

Much better way to remove creases

These garment steamers are a much easier and more forgiving way of removing wrinkles and creases from clothes. This product works great and I am very happy with it. Seems very good quality. Maybe a little too good of quality in the hose can make it a little awkward to control but this will potentially soften. The model up appears to have an on/off trigger which would be good but definitely not essential.Instructions were not the best but it is very straight forward to assemble and use so I would imagine most people wouldn't look at them. There are a fair few unboxing and instructional videos on YouTube for this model which could be handy to some people.A much more forgiving and "idiot proof" way of straightening wrinkly clothes. I’ve used the Philips Easy Touch Stand Steamer for a few weeks now. It is a great product for a quick de-creasing solution. It’s a good valued product for what it does and much easier to use and set up than a normal iron.

Works fine, some minor annoyances.
5 April 2023

Easy to use and refill tank. Steams my clothes quickly. Works much better with brush attached! Can be tricky with pants or longer clothing that goes past the backing though. The instructions say not to drop hose too low and store fully extended, but that kind of defeats the purpose of being able to compact it down for storage (and also when trying to steam pant legs). Its not a big deal really, its just more likely to spit out wet blotches in that state so i let it run fully upright for a few seconds first or try and hang pants higher. Also i wish the glove had a hook or loop to hang it somewhere convenient.
