This is another addition to my home, I like this light because it is portable and smart. I take it from my bedroom to my office as well as the dining room and with different colors I can create a nice ambiance depending on the mood and room. They are easy to setup. I like the music with light mode, it is cool. It is of god quality and works great. I will keep adding more llights around my home.

In order to connect this to google assistant, alexa, or apple HomeKit you have to buy the wifi bridge seperetely. This is $59.99! I bought one of these before a camping trip and it was love at first sight. I would recharge it in our airbnb's and use it for extra ambiance in the rooms.. Then we took it camping for a night and used it in our tent a bit and also to take some cool photos in a foggy field. As some say the battery can drain a bit faster than desired, but if you're conscious of your usage it can last longer. If it's in standby, hold the power button for 10 seconds to shut down pinging for bluetooth. Excellent accent lighting. It's bright and the option for battery is a welcome addition. I prefer to leave them plugged in and cable manage accordingly. BE WARNED THOUGH...the little kickstand it comes with does NOT work well on thicker carpets. It's incredibly lacking and a bit disappointing. However, it still looks great as a corner uplight despite this. Great buy, though like with most Hue products, a bit overpriced.
We wanted to get some lighting in our living room that wasn't just a lamp in the corner. We bought 2 of these Go lights and put one on top of each of our towers around our entertainment center. It was a GREAT buy! These took over the job of our lamp and are used exclusively as our only form of lights in our living room now. I have a schedule setup for each to be at 100% during the day until 9 pm when they drop down to about 40% until the next morning. These things have been on over a year straight and have never once gave me a problem or turned off. They also hold a charge where you can use them wirelessly but I have never had that need arise where I would want to do that. Maybe if you had a power outage it could act as a LED candle for you? This little lamp works well for my needs. I'm using it as a light that my toddler can change on his own as well as to setup a routine for bedtime and wake up that matches his hatch sleep. He recently sleep regressed, and this light has helped him go from waking up 5 times a night to maybe 1 or 2. Besides, it is very very easy to use, understand, and to program, especially coupled with the existing Hue Bridge that I have. Only complaint that I have is that I wish it would be brighter. I don't believe it would be difficult for the manufacturer to enable a higher lumen from the LEDs, especially with the high lumen bulbs that are on the market now. I suppose, though, that would likely depreciate the value of the battery as it wouldn't last very long.
Ive had this lamp for a little bit under a year and have always loved it. The battery is great. Will stay on for hours depending on the lighting you choose. You dont really even need a hue bridge to use it. However, you’re very limited to most features being that the bridge is needed to connect the bulb to wifi. The only thing that took away from a 5 star rating is the stand. If you have animals (dogs in particular) they will knock it over if its on a coffee table. If the light is plugged in, it very easily will fall onto its back if the cord is slightly pulling it. I just wish the stand was a bit more sturdy.

There are some presets that will mimic a place or an event or you can custom your own setting. At first I played with the settings with 2 lamps and thought it was cool. After I got the second set I noticed the lamps each had their own color when using the presets. I love a lot of things about this light. It was very easy to set up with the Phillips Hue app. It has a variety of different settings for colors, intensities, and themes. I like the wake up and nighttime setting. I live in a basement apartment and love the wake up feature to help me get up in the morning and the nighttime mood for a gradually fading nightlight as I fall asleep. There is a variety of different themes that match what I'm doing in my home. I also really like how the light mimics a lot features of the happy lights that I use for seasonal affective disorder and still has a ton of more settings. I can't recommend this enough, if you're on the fence please get it.
Great lamp. Best feature is that it is portable as it has its own battery. It's nice that a lamp can change colors and brightness with an app. I have yet to add the Phillips switch to make it easier to use. Bought if for a nursery and being able to change the colors makes it useful for changing the mood of the room. It's a bit over-priced, but that's expected with the Phillips light products. There are some issues to consider. Problems: It's hard to turn on manually (the on switch is on the back, which is inconvenient). Turning it on can also move the lamp, so you have to stabilize the lamp while pushing the button. Brightness could be better. It'd be great if it was about 50% brighter.
