I will start by saying I love these lights but literally one month out of warranty and now 1 has stop working. Its very disappointing and I'm now concerned how long the other two will last. If I was to replace each one is $74 I would expect more than 2 years out of a $74 light bulb

We wanted a 'smart' home and hence have installed Hue lamps. Due to Covid supply change issues, we found it difficult to buy 22 at a specialist lighting outlet, and found the remainder needed at Bunnings. We have installed most lamps but have not attempted to program them as we have yet to move in.

I brought this a year ago and since using it I have been amazed. I love everything about these light and what they can do! I love these in my room they can change the atmosphere in seconds! I recommend this item to anyone starting a smart home and needing something little to play around with.
Easy to install. Works off phone app. Haven’t quite figured out how to access it if I’m not athome or how to make lights rotate their colours (ie, if having a party). Other then that highly recommend. Just need to invest in the whole houses. Connect with you Google Mesh which is great.

Buy a cheaper type. I've bought others for 25 bucks that work just as well. It's incredible how expensive they are.
I am using the kit via bluetooth only because I do not have permanent wifi in the house (I use 4G mobile for internet). Lamps can be dimmed and coloured via the iPhone App, scenes can be saved and settings persist even when the bluetooth connection is lost. Dimming is perfect with no flickering at all. An excellent system.
This is a breeze to set up and a joy to use. The different coloured lights can be adjusted to suit any mood, and the automation options really make this product stand apart. The product works as advertised and definitely adds to quality of life
