Was expecting a much better quality using a Philips brand name product. Very disappointed. Bristles came off the rubber brush head, almost swallowed them. And that just after one month of usage. Should not happen. Could have just bought a fake name product on Amazon instead, and not pay a premium. Customer Service did not offer a replacement either. After spending over 15min on the phone, giving all kind of information even about my toothbrush itself (which was not related, brush heads were a separate order...), and then was told that there is no warranty on accessories. Very disappointed again. Been using Philips dental care products for years.

I have been using Sonicare toothbrushes for almost two decades and they have been key to my oral health. I always get great reports from the dentist on how great of shape my teeth and gums are in, and I owe it all to Sonicare. I have seen the fancier brush heads For the Sonicare, but always just stuck to the tried-and-true regular ones because I did not think there would be much of a difference. Well, I was wrong! This brush head is a huge upgrade over the basic ones. My teeth feel even cleaner which is remarkable. The other thing I super love about this head in the soft rubber on the back of it. No more buzzing my teeth accidentally with hard plastic. Thank you Sonicare!

I was told by my dentist to start perio maintenance cleanings every 3 months. I used this Sonicare Gum Care brush head in between cleanings. I missed a cleaning due to the office being closed. At my recent appointment I had a new dentist who had reviewed my chart and previous visit notes. My new dentist said they could tell I had been flossing and brushing regularly, and that I may be eligible to stop perio maintenance appointments if I continue to improve so dramatically. My gums are tighter and no longer bleed during flossing and dental exams! IT is key to floss, then brush, then rinse. My dentist also recommended using a water flosser with 1:1 ratio of warm water to mouthwash!

G3 brush head only brush head I will use. Cleans very well and easier on my gums and recession. Only complaint is they do not last long. Price is a little high too especially for shorter use life.

This is an excellent toothbrush, very gentle on the gums. Amazing shape and very soft finish of the brush, gives a good cleaning without any harm. My gums are very sensitive, as they bleed a lot during brushing my teeth and need to be cleaned with special care. This brush helps me to reduce bleeding. My gums are now in better condition. My teeth are looking amazing, clean and shiny. Well done, super product highly recommended for people with sensitive gums.
I was very impressed with the PHILIPS SONICARE G3 PREMIUM GUM CARE TOOTHBRUSH HEADS. I like the flexible design and the way that the bristles move over my teeth and gums at the gum line getting the deep clean I need in helping to remove any plaque or residue that may be there. I also like the soft brush having a gentle feel but yet cleaning so effectively. I know when I use my SONICARE toothbrush it makes my mouth feel so clean and wanting to smile and show off my pearly whites. The Brushsync Mode is great too, so I know exactly when to change it out and what intensity level I was using. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.
The product is great, but I went to two Shaver Shop retail stores to purchase them and neither had them, saying there was a stock shortage and they'd been waiting months for stock. However, they were freely available on the online store. This doesn't make sense...
I found these brush heads to perfectly adapt to the shape of my gums and teeth. My teeth felt much smoother after prolonged use with these brush heads. The bristles were soft enough to not damage the gums but they were firm enough to thoroughly remove all dirt and debris from gums and teeth.The brush heads clipped perfectly onto the brush and felt secure.Further to this the colours of the brush heads were very nice.Overall I believe these brush heads were perfect for targeting gum health but also did a great job of cleaning the teeth
I have always used the G2 heads on my Sonicare toothbrush. I have sensitive teeth and gums and a small mouth with overcrowded teeth. The G2 was perfect allowing me to reach all areas. Now this is no longer available so I bought the G3 heads in my last purchase. I do not like them. The bristles feel harder and the head is bigger. I find it difficult to manoeuvre around my mouth and am not convinced that the tooth contact is as good, especially as the outer bristles are shorter so I am not sure they always make contact. Maybe this is due to the larger head size not being suitable for me. I don’t feel as if my teeth are as clean as with the old G2.
