Philips Instant Heating Water Filtration Station

I received this product free from influenster. Highly recommended for quick dispense of filtered water. Can dispense at a few set temp (room, 40, 70, 80, 90, 100). Great for instant tea and coffee, really doing away with the kettle altogether. Love being able to get filtered water at tip of my finger. I have used a number of Philips’ products and normally found them to be of high quality.

I love my Philips Instant Heating Station because it’s so sleek and looks nice on display on my counter top. I use it religiously - I’m always drinking coffee or tea so this is a godsend. It’s great because I don’t need to wait for a whole kettle to boil when I want one cup of coffee or tea. I love how you can adjust the settings so you always get the right temperature water or the right amount. I wish it would hold a bit more water, but I think I just use it that much that I need to refill it often.

I liked that the heater was easy to set up and looks attractive in my kitchen. The water tastes fresh and pure and it’s so convenient I can set a temperature for my tea. Having a filter is a bonus as I don’t need to buy a seperate water filter and just full my bottles with the ambient temperature water. Amazing product and highly recommended. No need for a kettle any longer!

To be honest, I didn’t think I would like it as much when receiving this little machine, but after using it I know for sure that I wouldn’t come back to kettle ever again. It’s so convenient, easy to use. No more waiting for water to boil or cool down to desired temperature. Love love love it! The design looks smart and chick! The only suggestion I may have is if it can have an option to connect with water supply then it would be even more perfect. For a family of 5, I find myself filling up the tank quite often, although it’s quite easy as I use a jug to pour water in without having to remove the back tank. For a family of 2-3, it can fill you up for a day. Great machine absolutely easy to use comes with instructions but to be honest I didn't even have to read the instructions that's how easy this Phillips instant heating water station is to use. The touch screen has an option from 40c to 100c heats within seconds this machine is safe reliable easy to use comes with a 4-stage micro x - clean filter, which allows to reduce chlorine, lead, pesticides, PFOA microplastics, and more. Absolutely highly do recommend. Not only it's purpose is for coffee, this particular machine can be used for tea, cocco, Milo for a winters day or night. Definitely won't be using a kettle evey day since I received this Phillips instant heating water station. Extremely happy love this heating system.

This instant heating water station is so compact and sleek. I’m so in love after using it for two weeks, I have put my kettle away. With 6 preset temperatures and 5 preset volumes it’s so easy to get the right amount of liquid everytime. The micro filter reduces chlorine , lead, micro plastics and limescale. This has been such a time saver for me as we have heavy limescale in our water and it makes cleaning a nightmare. It’s literally just plug and play so easy to set up and my Favourite feature if you have kids like me is the lock activation button. Even if kids start pressing buttons it won’t start the release of hot water until the lock button is pressed. This is one of those products that looks amazing and makes life easier.

Terrible design and quality

It’s been roughly a year into using this machine and it’s got some major issues. Firstly the water tank is extremely difficult to clean, there are so many tiny corners and nooks to get into. Naturally water will, if left over time will produce algae. But this machine makes it so difficult to clean it. Also, there is a little floating mechanism that stops the flow of water if it drops below the minimum level. It’s housed in a flimsy plastic case and it’s already broken. You need this floating device or the machine will show an error and won’t function. This will be the last Philips product I buy.

At last, a product that does away with noisy heavy kettles. Easy to refill, great for shaky hands or those with arthritis, no need to lift out the water container unless you want to. I just top up when necessary. I love the minimum water level indicator on the display. A very handy feature that avoids running out of water. The best things are: quietness; reliability (have had no issues whatsoever); readability of the very useful display (it even goes into sleep mode saving power); easy visibility of water level in the main tank; range of temperatures and volume of water that can be poured - especially the quick one cup function icon on the display to select in one tap a cup of hot water rather than separate taps for heat and volume; the filter remaining life ... MoreAt last, a product that does away with noisy heavy kettles. And how does it do with its primary function of heating water? Brilliantly, it's fast and reliable even at its max 100 degree setting. Just pop in a cup with a tea bag in it and go! I have only three wishes for top marks: a scale on both sides of the main tank instead of only on one side, a directional nozzle for filling different shapes of tea kettles, and a quicker pour - although I imagine that is to do with balancing pouring at a rate that is both quick to start while maintaining that heat while it pours. It is fast to start pouring nonetheless. All are minor issues and nowhere near deal breakers for the usability it offers. The simple operation and benefits of this water station far outweigh these lesser issues. An excellent product in every way, well worth the price. Thank you Philips!
