Using the Sleep Mode option allows for a very quiet night.The Philips Air Performer 7000i information states it can cool up to 70m2 and I have found that the unit has more than enough power to cool my open-plan living/dining area.The unit has an AI function which cleverly reacts to the surroundings and modifies the operation controls as a result. This means a boost to fan speed when the temperature increases ensuring the unit operates at its most advantageous.The air purifier assists with the removal of the pet hair that is floating about in the air and the App allows me to check the air quality of the air flowing through the unit so ifI see a spike I can take medical precautions.The app retains air quality data of PM2.5, temperature, and humidity giving a great picture of what is happening in the home over time. Also it takes a while after selecting a change for it to be reflected on the device (even on the remote some options take 30sec+).No Alexa/Google yet.ā¢ The manual that comes with it is a bit lacking, its very basic and pretty much just diagrams no words explaining the features but online you can get a full manual that explains a lot more (recommend reading this).Overall, itās a nice system and itās a great size to really make a difference to the air quality. It works well and is currently helping my son sleep (he has allergies blocking his nose at night, so this is keeping allergens out). My only concern is that the device only has a on/off button so many of the features are only in the app and without the app you are limited to the remote (which cant do everything) so if the product gets discontinued the app will likely go as well and then you cant do a lot with it. (an app maintenance guarantee of 10-20 year would be a great :) )

I use Fans at night, all night, due to getting multiple Hot Flushes every night. Most fans are loud and drive my husband mad and wreck his sleep. If they are quiet then they don't cool me enough and I toos and turn and don't sleep. I find the Air Performer gives us that happy medium we have been searching for. I am cool at night now and both of us are finally getting good sleep - it's been a good 4 years so it's very needed. On top of that I am loving the Air Filter and knowing that it is helping with the dust in the air - which we get a lot of living on acerage. I do like the app, and being able to see the pollutants data. I like being able to use the app to turn on the fan when I am in another room and want to remove pollutants before I go to bed. I also love the ...Ā MoreI use Fans at night, all night, due to getting multiple Hot Flushes every night. Most fans are loud and drive my husband mad and wreck his sleep. If they are quiet then they don't cool me enough and I toos and turn and don't sleep. I find the Air Performer gives us that happy medium we have been searching for. I am cool at night now and both of us are finally getting good sleep - it's been a good 4 years so it's very needed. On top of that I am loving the Air Filter and knowing that it is helping with the dust in the air - which we get a lot of living on acerage. I do like the app, and being able to see the pollutants data. I like being able to use the app to turn on the fan when I am in another room and want to remove pollutants before I go to bed. I also love the fact that the remote is magnetic to the top of the fan. I have lost a lot of fan remotes in the past, but I am not losing this one. The only thing I don't like is that I can't really control the fan by buttons on it, I need either the app or the remote. But all in all, I absolutely love the Air Performer and have already recommended it to friends and family. I feel it out performs Dyson easily.

It is good to know that air quality in my home is now really high, because it tells me with a blue line & <1 (anything <12 is considered clean) if the air quality is bad it goes red and cleans the air within seconds.
