Cheap quality product and disappointing performanc
I recently bought this trimmer and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Despite the product's claims of providing a smooth and precise cut, the blades were not sharp enough to handle even the simplest of tangles, leaving my hair and beard uneven and rough.Furthermore, the trimmer proved to be a challenge to clean. The small hairs and debris from each use proved difficult to remove from the blades, and it took an unreasonable amount of time to return the trimmer to its original condition. In conclusion, I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for an efficient and effortless trimming experience. The lack of precision and the cumbersome cleaning process make this product a disappointing purchase. I would advise investing in a trimmer that has ... Functions Perfectly
The Multigroom 7000 works really well and is easy to use. It cuts very sharply, making for a quick, accurate trim. The firm, metal casing feels solid and makes it very easy to hold and guide over different surfaces. The cutting attachments cover any situation, from small areas to a hair trim.It works the best I've seen of any trimmer on mustaches (I've had four trimmers). On the mustache, it's easy to get into the small areas for an accurate trim. It handles beards perfectly with its sharp blades. It charges quickly, and it's easy to attach the many clippers and guides. This trimmer feels like a professional product. You'll actually enjoy using it. The Multigroom 7000 belongs in your accessories.... Show more

Good design and good versatility
The new 7000 series is better, smaller, and more precise. But it means changing guards as you work around sideburns, beard, and neck areas instead of sliding an adjustable attachment like the old model. It makes it easier to work with around the mouth, nose, ears, and neck but it's gonna take you a few trims and a few weeks to get the feel of the new guards and develop the muscle memory to get confident with them. The reward at the end of the rainbow is a better more precise system. One other benefit to the new design and all the attachments is that they dont twist on anymore, so there's no way they can fail with wear and get twisted off by the motor like the older series. The 7000 series snaps in front to rear. For me, the best part about this trimmer is the new ... MoreThe new 7000 series is better, smaller, and more precise. Moving up from 1.25" to 1.62" makes a meaningful difference for quickness and thoroughness. Big fan of this improvement. So overall, this is a much more preferable design than the previous generation. Highly recommend!... Show more

High quality trimmer!!
This trimming kit is the bomb!!! I have gone through many different trimming kids in the past and they never last very long but this one seems to be standing the test of time as I have had it so far for twice the time I’ve had others. It’s a very solid and well made trimmer. It has all the attachments you would ever need to get any type of trimming job done. Whether it be your mustache or beard or your nose and ear hair it has you covered. The battery lasts a very long time and the recharge time is quick as well. You should always keep your blades oiled up so that you get an optimal cut every single time. The power is great and provides an even in solid trim each and every time. I would recommend this trimming kit to any man looking to upgrade there grooming tools.... Show more

Its Meh. Its a Hair Temporary Fix
This Norleco all in one Trimmer is okay. I mean it does its job in what it's designed to but by no means should this be a replacement or a start up set for a barber. You get plenty of attachments to cut hair to different lengths as well as to neatly trim facial and cut nose hair butits just average. This is the perfect companion to use in between haircuts or when traveling on the road to hot you over until you get the real deal. I wasn't very successful with the nose hair trimer as I felt it didn't cut as good as other products out there. The actual Trimmer itself is on the heavier side and it's hard to hold comfortably. If Norleco made a more comfortable trimmer to hold I could give this 4/5 stars but it makes your hands tired after only using this for 10 minutes ... MoreThis Norleco all in one Trimmer is okay. Also this device does not come with any stand which I think could be very useful as it tends to be thrown into a cabinet etc and could easily be scratched. It comes with a case to store all your attachments in but it's always a pain having to dump the attachments out to find the one you want to use them have to put them back in. Some sort of case where they would be laid out would suffice and make using this trimmer easier. Again, this device is not bad it's just not for me. I don't see any real value of this unless I would use this as something temporary during travels etc.... Show more

Not impressed
I was traveling for business and had to extend my stay and needed a clipper because I didn't pack mine. So I picked this up from Walmart in desperation. This product is meh, at best. The 2 edging clippers does not clip close to the skin. The electric shaver head is all but useless. The detail clipper is as bad as the 2 edging clippers. It comes with a ton of guards which is great if you change your style constantly, but really: who needs them? The handle is too big to be a convenient travel clipper and the 2 items that really should have come with the device: mustache comb and detailed scissors, were not part of the package. I will be passing this thing down to one of my sons once I get back home.... Show more

Owner of multigroom products from 2010
My first product fully plastic lasted me about 6 to 7 years until it's switch was having a contact issue and although it was working I decided to get a new one. It was reasonable value for money considering monthly 1 use.The second one , steel. Body, was a pain to use as the switch would accidentally turn on and off while in hand and battery failed within 2 years.I am using the third one. I am hoping that the team has had enough experience to come up with a quality switch and battery product to last years with my occasional use.In 1980s and 1990s Philips was perceived as a brand that stands for simple high quality products. The effort needs to be directed at maintaining that... Show more

The Best
I have owned many, many trimmers and clippers and never found the goldilocks item I was looking for. I had owned a corded Norelco trimmer with a partially broken trim guard on it that I always went back to because even broken it was better than the new ones. I recently got a real strong urge to find a really quality nose hair trimmer because all I had ever found were junk and thought about my old Norelco and thought maybe the brand makes a difference. I wasn't wrong. This lithium ion trimmer works HARD, not just strong when plugged in, but on battery power too. All the attachments work too. Easy peasy and VERY precise. This thing is NOT a toy and will chew your lip if you get careless, but it is like my old reliable 15 year old Norelco with a 100% better form factor ... Very good, easy to use
This was easy to use once I figured out how to snap on and snap off the attachments. Even cleaning out the blade itself is easy, again, after figuring it out. There are plenty of snap-on attachments that give you great control over how short you want to trim your hair, ranging from "very close indeed" to "long enough." The battery keeps its charge for a long time, and the device itself is nicely balanced in your hand. It is way more precise than my previous trimmer, which took some getting used to, but thankfully my hair grew out quickly to cover that spot where I was trimming as assertively as I did with my previous trimmer. While I would want to give this a "five" with no qualifications, one thing makes me want to lower my score a bit: the various clipper ... It is way more precise than my previous trimmer, which took some getting used to, but thankfully my hair grew out quickly to cover that spot where I was trimming as assertively as I did with my previous trimmer. While I would want to give this a "five" with no qualifications, one thing makes me want to lower my score a bit: the various clipper snap-ons are not well labeled. The height value is formed into the plastic of the snap-ons, and this makes it *very difficult* to read how short a particular snap-on will cut one's hair. There might not be much difference in 3mm or 5mm in some instances, but when trying to trim down one's beard, cutting it too short can take a bit of time to regrow. It might not be possible to mark them more clearly and keep the price low, but consider perhaps making the number bigger or even taller so that it is easier to see. Also, the bag that comes with the kit to store the snap-ons is small; I found that I needed to keep the original packaging to make sure that my most commonly used snap ons are easy to find (there are a *lot* of pieces, are very similar in size and color, and difficult to distinguish between), and the original packaging is fiddly to use when taking the trimmer and snap-ons out or putting it away when done. There are a lot of helpful instructions written in text so small on dull, tissue-thin paper that a magnifying glass AND a very bright spotlight are needed to read it. Perhaps there is a PDF version of the instructions available but I did not find this. The miniscule text made it extremely difficult to understand any of the instructions and the images, while marked with a legend, used a similar elfin font that made understanding what part was what, how to attach or remove the snap-ons, and even how to clean the blade frustrating to grasp. Once I figured out how to snap on and off the attachments by the familiar method of "try to see if you can just do it" and even the same with the blade itself, I understood what to do, but I was not very happy while trying to connect what the hieroglyphics provided with the trimmer meant when attempting to clean or connect the pieces.... Very versatile trimmer
This trimmer has a lot of different adapters and guards to make sure you can do anything you need. You can feel the quality of the trimmer as soon as you pick it up. It feels very well made. The trimmer itself works really well. I have thick hair and this didn't struggle at all. I was able to trim my beard very quickly with no issues. The wider trimmer worked very well at cleaning up the hair on the sides of my head and it even has adapters for using around the ears. The body guards make sure you are safe using it anywhere and the trimmer works great.I did notice that this doesn't trim super close to the face though, so if you are looking for a clean-shaved look this will leave a decent amount of stubble. So be aware that if you don't have an extra power adapter you will need to get one or borrow it from another device. Honestly though it's probably better this way so that we don't create more unnecessary e-waste.Overall it is a very good and versatile trimmer. I will be using it for a long time.... Show more
