360 blades are the only replacement blades sold by retailers in my area. The 360 blade packaging does not indicate the 360 blade is incompatible with the One Blade Face+Body handle. As a result, these replacement blades are absolutely unusable with my One Blade handle and I’m out $30. The packaging on the 360 blades does not contain any notice or warning on the packaging that these 360 replacement blades are incompatible with prior models or the Face+Body Kit.I could not find any disclosure on the usa.philips.com website explaining the Face+Body guides are incompatible with the new 360 blades. Obviously, I cannot return the blades because I didn’t discover this incompatibility until after I opened the package and attempted to use them — thanks to the lack of any notice or warning on the packaging that these replacement blades are incompatible with prior models. I’m going to assume most retailers have stopped, or will stop, selling the standard replacement blades and only stock the new 360 blades. So get ready people: you can either buy a new 360 One Blade handle for $30 and a 360 Face+Body Kit for $20, or attempt to order the old style blades online and hope the seller doesn’t send you the new, predominant 360 blades — erroneously thinking replacement 360 blades are interchangeable.

Having been bombarded with ads for the OneBlade, I've just taken it as "just another trimmer with great marketing". The only reason I ended up buying it was that my old trimmer decided to catch on fire after a few years of good use - and this was the only other one I found that charged with USB instead of some proprietary brick. However, I've been more than impressed with it. It actually is good enough to replace all my shaving things, including my "skin close" shaving machine. It's good for shaping, properly cleaning down to the skin, easy to clean and so far has never gotten stuck in the skin (something that my previous trimmer always did). I've even used it for the armpit without cuts. Good stuff!

I've been using Phillips savers for over a decade and had the older version of the one blade which has been excellent. When the idea of the subscription and the new one blade came about I quickly signed up.The initial delivery and shaver was good so I thought. But I did think the quality seemed cheaper than the older models. Anyway just my fifth shave in and the blade at the end just basically fell apart and snapped whilst shaving.Oh well I thought maybe just a duff blade so tried to ring Phillips to report it. Expecting they would just send me a replacement or maybe as I am now subscribed they will send blades anyway. But no. I have to go through loads of hoops to get. A return authorised first. But sadly you need photo is to collect which isn't possible on the lockers. So now my shaver is trapped in a ups locker and I can't get it.49 mins on the phone to ups and they are looking into it.I have made two complaints to Phillipa the first one they offered me discount on future purchases (yeah right). Still awaiting to hear about the second complaintBut it's been like a month with no shaver so why am I paying for a subscription for something I don't have.Very poor Phillips. I don't know what has changed but you used to be so refined

I really like the One Blade 360 as a straightforward, easy to use razor. I use it everyday without fail. The way the blade moves according to the movements across my neck and face have made a big improvement on the original. However, I am only giving a 3 for three reasons, the attachment that might be used to trim my beard, is so fiddly to put on and take off that it is pointless spending so much time putting it and taking it off. I have no idea what the other attachments are for and how to put them on. They have never been used nor will they be, unless I can find a use for them and how to put them on. Finally the app. It is completely pointless, other than looking at the guides which are of very limited use, as several of them relate to a different model. Once in a blue moon it will connect to the razor by Bluetooth. In fact I have only been able to get it to connect twice. It has not been opened in a long time and I will never bother with it again, without a significant upgrade.
Nothin beats an all in one face shaver when you don’t have to go back and forth between different styles of razor's. Philips Norelco OneBlade 360 Face has precise accuracy and gets a very close shave! I love how close it gets without having to use a straight razor. The blade and head of the shaver runs close to the skin to catch the smallest hairs and leaves it baby soft. I was surprised at how well it did with only one pass and hands down will use this one for every shave. Phillips designed this product with shaving in mind and in my several uses, I have yet to see the normal cuts you would get with a regular razor. My favorite part is how the blades line up my beard so easily without frustration. The slim design is easy to see around and fits in a travel bag ... MoreNothin beats an all in one face shaver when you don’t have to go back and forth between different styles of razor's. The battery is long lasting and charges very quick. This took over the #1 spot in my shave routine and has been going strong for me without an issue. Phillips nailed this one!!!
If you are reading this review then you are probably already a fan of the Philips OneBlade. The replacement blade for this electric razor is shaped like a razor blade and only cuts hair not skin. The shape and size makes it easy to maneuver and reach areas other razors cannot. The blade is simple to install. It works dry, wet, in the shower, and with shave soap/cream. I like this feature a lot. When you are finished you can clean it off by rinsing it under a faucet. You will know it's time to replace it when a wear indicator begins to appear on the face of the blade. This is a feature I was unaware of and it is now one of my favorites. This package includes two replacement blades rated at 4 months of use per blade. I have gotten as much as a year of use out of previous blades. The OneBlade razor is the most unique electric razor to come out on the market in my opinion. Combine this with the fact that you can easily replace the blade with these replacements makes it my favorite razor.
My first use with the OneBlade 360 was straight after a shower (wet shave). I had around 2 weeks of hair growth and I used it to shave parts of my neck and face (tidying up my beard). It cut through the hair very well and was extremely close to matching the closeness of a regular razor blade. As with other electric razors it required going over the same area a number of times. However I found the blades didn't seem to heat up like other electric razors I've used and seemed to glide over my skin a lot better without any irritation. My second usage was to test how well they would shave my head. Again, I had a couple of weeks hair growth (4-5mm), though this time it was a dry shave. Again, I had a couple of weeks hair growth (4-5mm), though this time it was a dry shave. To my surprise it cut through my hair very well, almost as well as my electric clippers but with a much closer shave. This is something I've always struggled doing with other electric razors as they can't seem to cut through longer hair very well.I charged the OneBlade when I received it before the first use. I've used it a few times since then and not had to charge it again yet. A big plus for me is that the battery is lithium so it charges a lot quicker when compared to other types of batteries used in electric razors and clippers. In summary the OneBlade is the best electric razor I've ever used. It is able to cut through head and beard hair at varying lengths without issue, giving the closeness of a regular razor without the risk of cutting or irritation. I will be using this a my primary method of shaving both my head and facial hair. My one issue was that I was unable to match the straightness of my beard lines when using a regular razor (shavette) but this was probably due to the difference in technique and may take some practice.
My 1-star rating is strictly based on the price and the lifespan of each replacement. I like the product, but I think it costs me too much money. One replacement allows me to shave my head and face only twice, so each week I am using about two replacements, which costs me about £20 x 52 weeks = £1040. I have been using this product for the last few years, and I am thinking about switching to something cheaper. There should be an option for people like me to buy, let's say, 50 pieces for a much cheaper price. I have contacted customer service in the past, but they were not able to find a solution.
When I think of electric razors only two types come to mind. Hair cutting shears with the standard cutting block and foil shavers that use a blade block covered with a cutting foil. Both have been around for years. The Philips Norelco OneBlade Face w/360 is different. It comes with a unique flat blade that cuts on both sides. The blade looks similar to an old fashioned razor blade but it will not slice you if you run your finger across it. The OneBlade can be used wet or dry. You can even use it with shaving cream if desired. The product is compact and fits well in the hand. The blade will flex in all directions to help it stay flush to the contours of your face. Using the blade alone can give you a fairly close shave. It comes with a cutting comb attachment that has 5 length settings. It is rechargeable and includes a usb cable. I get about 30 minutes of shave time out of it before I have to recharge. It is easy to clean. You can either blow it clean or hold it under running water to clean it. Even though it is flexible you don't want to over flex it because the blade will unattach itself from the handle. However, I have not found this to be a problem. I am happy with its performance and would not hesitate to recommend it.
I have been a fan of the the Philips Norelco OneBlade line since the original came out. Hearing that PN released a new OneBlade made me extremely excited. The Philips Norelco - OneBlade Face w/360 is one of the most versatile compact electric razors I have ever used. The ability to rotate the blade in order to make shaving those hard to shave angles around ones beard is a game changer. No longer do I need to bend my arms at odd angles to get the perfect angle on the edge of my beard. Now every share results in a perfectly manicured beard. No longer do you need to have multiple guides. The one that comes with the OneBlade Face 360 allows you to change through five different lengths.
