The one I own isn't even for sale anymore with the same guard setup, but it's nothing short of infuriating and embarrassing just how BAD the guards are for these. I've gone through so many that break so easily regardless of how delicately I try to use them. The fact that they aren't sold in stores as replacements or even as single replacements along with the one blade replacements really makes me question if this product is even worth the cost. It's so frustrating how often they break and I typically only use a 1 or 2 on my face a few times a week. Put some time and effort into improving the guards AND sell them individually.

I have tried Manscaped 5.0 and Braun series 7 before purchasing Phillips Oneblade from costco. Excellent trimmer and the closest trimming possible on the market. Silent low vibrations, handy, well made, blades are coated so that they don't cut skin on sensitive areas. Best trimmer so far. Needs more advertising for sure. Easy charging via any charger. Long run time. High quality materials.

I bought this razor for the appeal of its simplicity and to replace all of my other trimmers and razors. Unfortunately the pieces were poor quality and no labelled so it was unclear how to use each piece and what each piece was for. there was a completely useless picture based user manual with no written instructions. It took a good 30-45 minutes just to unbox, assemble and figure out how to use. This is not one blade as the name suggest as there are many different models and blades within each model that make it far more convoluted than the name suggests. Overall Iām very disappointed but gave 2 stars because it does give a fairly comfortable close shave

To start with product was good, not as close as a razor but Ok.Then I had issues with the 360 blade not moving and stalling!Contacted Philips, who eventually decided to āhelpā by refunding product and giving discount on better one.So ended up spending another Ā£20 to get in essence the same thing.I did manage to get some blades free but only the standard ones.Overall the one blade is ok for a quick shave every couple of days!, bust still need to use a proper razor every week to get a clean decent shave once a week.Philips Customer service was Ok but had to argue my point constantly to get anywhere.After all how much effort does a customer need to put in to get a faulty product (just the blade I had in my opinion) replaced? Not the hours I spent surely!

So far the OneBlade is performing to my expectations. It blends the convenience of an electric razor with flexibility of a manual razor. It takes about the same time to shave. It's not as close as a traditional manual with shave cream but that's okay. I actually wanted a razor that gives a good shave but leaves just a little bit of stubble. Not crazy about all the beard hairs just falling into the sink (to be cleaned up afterwards - a bit more of a mess than traditional razor or electric (which can capture the debris for disposal). The blade is supposed to last 4 months -and of course that can depend on several factors but after jiust under 2 months I'm seeing the wear indicator...I will see if it can make to 4 months.
I recommend this product for my husband because my brother owned a different model and I used to own the basic model a few years ago. This product is both safer and more effective than any throw away razor. It almost never cuts the skin. When it does cut the skin a couple of times in a month, itās less of a first aid mess compared to a throw away razor. You can shave armpits, your peach fuzz around your mouth and underwear areas really safety. Itās a closer shave compared to the throw aways. After awhile, you will be buying $15 on blades, but no shaving cream. You will save money in the long-run. Itās USB, so even your laptop could charge it (life is strange; it could happen, ha ha)!
