As a loyal customer of Sonicare, throughout the years I've tried their competition toothbrush but my teeth are much better satisfied with a Sonicare toothbrush! Which is why I am here to tell you how over the moon I was to open a brand new Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9700 electric toothbrush. It just so happens that close to my birthday my old Sonicare Diamond clean toothbrush stopped working permanently after 3 years (not the same model of course). Upon opening the box of this new set, I couldn't help but tell my husband all about the details of this new one! I was so blown away with the gorgeous blue design, the slick and modern USB travel case that has space for 2 toothbrush heads!! The charger glass is 3 pieces, the beautiful bottom golden like color, then a clear plastic stand piece, and on top is a clear glass cup. Looks amazing when charging! The fully charged toothbrush lasts 2 weeks without having to charge with use multiple times each day. The toothbrush itself connects to an App Android or Iphones. I have an Android, I set it up on my phone and it was super easy to use. Honestly, I learned more about brushing my teeth than I ever did in decades. My teeth have a super clean, smooth feel to them, and not to mention a refreshing mouth! Huge fan of the slick ergonomic design, my hands are on the smaller side and this toothbrush fits perfectly. Along with the toothbrush heads, I prefer it much better than other brands. It gets into the right spots, especially back teeth and side teeth and really gets the job done. The toothbrush itself has 5 modes: clean, white plus, gum health, deep clean plus, tongue care. My favorite one of all is white plus as I love to have my teeth super white. Smile is everything, especially in the modeling world or meeting another parent or teacher at school or date night with husband. Another huge plus about this toothbrush is that it not only guides you but lets you know when the pressure is too hard by lightning up the purple ring on the bottom, along with vibration. Something else I noticed, there are 3 bars in between 2 buttons, those are 3 modes to let you know what level intensities you'd want. I love that these brushes are reliable and the battery lasts years without having to replace the full brush. Very durable and reliable design and brand. Excellent quality product.

Firstly I don’t even know where to begin with how happy I am with the quality of this electric toothbrush. I have always used a manual toothbrush as I believed I could thoroughly clean my teeth better. I was completely wrong.This particular one has three intensity settings so suitable for everyone. It helps to identify if you are applying too little or too much pressure which is great. The bonus of using the app alongside the toothbrush is you can connect to your Amazon account and enable auto-orders for when your toothbrush head needs replacing, that is pretty great.Overall I would rate this 10/10. I am majorly impressed with everything about this toothbrush and I can honestly say I would never go back to manual brushing. The pictures I have included was one after the first use, I used the deep clean. The second one was 2nd use on White+, the difference is very clear to see.

I am usually a manual toothbrush user, after receiving this I can confirm I am definetly a convert to electric toothbrush now. From the beautiful eco friendly box arriving to the first use this toothbrush has been a game changer. The sleek design and charger with stand are very impressive, even when wet was not slippery or difficult to make the changes of the 3 intensities you wish to use, from clean, deep clean, whitening and gum health I felt an immediate difference, my teeth felt smoother and cleaner, was obvious to see after a few uses that my teeth were whiter and there was definite improvement of plaque reduction. The charge time is great one charge lasts for a good few days so great if your on a trip and don't want the hassle of bringing a charge too this is great. I cannot recommend this product highly enough I did suffer from sensitive teeth at times but have not had one flare up since using this. I would say to anyone dubious about making the change or looking for a toothbrush that leaves you feeling like you've had a trip to the hygienist don't doubt it and invest in this toothbrush! I am also a smoke so my teeth prior to using this were not great, am so cross for not taking a before picture (camera was broken) to show the huge difference after only 2 weeks.

Feels Like a Hygienist

My first electric toothbrush was the first version of Sonicare. I switched to Oral B after a few years. When I switched back to Sonicare I got the first version of DiamondClean. I was astounded. It felt like I went to the dentist and received a professional cleaning from a hygienist! 6 years later that DiamondClean died. I knew I was gonna get another. Upon searching one out, I was surprised to discover that there were two versions that were even more advanced. I really wanted the Prestige just because I often try to get the best available, but the price was a little beyond my justified budget. I just love the look of the case and some of the other technology benefits seemed great. So I got me and my wife the 9300, and connected them with the app, and I have been greatly enjoying the experience of having the app guide the areas to brush to make sure I cover each area sufficiently and for the optimal amount of time. This has helped me to be more patient with and to actually enjoy the process. I’m excited to keep my numbers up. Whereas I used to only brush for one minute, now I do a full two minutes. I also floss every night and wear my retainers every night again. Feels great to have great oral hygiene. Thanks Philips for an excellent product! It has improved greatly from the previous iteration. (also, my dentist prefers Sonicare to Oral B, now I see why) I also ordered the new A3 brush head which is excellent! Have to order separately as it seems to only come with the 9700 and 9900 versions.

Game Changer !

The Phillips Sonicare 9000 series Power Toothbrush is a game changer !I have used electric toothbrush’s in the past but always reverted back to manual. This honestly blows every toothbrush (manual & electric) out the water. My teeth have never felt so clean. I can’t stop running my tongue over them. I have also noticed the whitening effect already. I have also been bothered with bleeding gums for the past few months & after a few days with this toothbrush there was no more bleeding despite my gum line being so clean. Great toothbrush, would prefer cheaper + no extras

The Sonicare is an excellent toothbrush, and that is evident in the condition of my teeth since I've used one. This is my second Sonicare, as I accidentally broke my previous one.* I like the new recharging case with the in-built USB cable and connection.* I don't like that they have changed the timer to 6 zones - I much prefer the 4 zones of the previous version. I now completely ignore the timer, which is disappointing.* I wish I could have bought a cheaper one that didn't come with compatibility with the app. The app is a gimmick, a waste of time - it requires you to "wake up" your toothbrush and have it near your phone to synch. This product offers no value over cheaper alternatives. The travel case, charge glass and colour of the toothbrush are all nice but not must haves. The app and various toothbrush heads and toothbrush head holder were all very appealing but after purchase the experience has been completely disappointing. The toothbrush head holder is of poor design and doesn’t lock closed. It’s very easy to accidentally bump and have ask the heads go flying. You would not be able to put it in a bag and expect it to stay closed. Don’t expect it to stay together even with care moving it from bedroom shelf to bathroom. The app does not accurately track brushing or brushing history. If you come home late from work and brush your teeth at midnight it says you didn’t brush your teeth enough the previous day. There is no way to customise the brushpacer. In my opinion it is too quick and also quite disruptive. There is no way to customise total brush time. Most modes are too fast in my opinion. There is no information on how to brush the flat surfaces of your teeth. Only information and time for brushing along the gum line. The tongue cleaner does naught but give your tongue a little massage.All these features were what initially drew me to spending a small fortune on this Phillips flagship toothbrush but in hindsight they’re completely rubbish/worthless. Don’t waste your money. Get the cheaper version without the app and extras. They’re not worth it.

This app really helped me break the pattern of applying too much pressure when brushing my teeth and I always keep an eye now to ensure I am not being too rough with my new pearly whites. The app automatically pairs with the toothbrush once connected, so you don’t even have to open the app to track your brushing.The brush itself charges quickly and holds the charge well. In fact, I have been using the product for several weeks now and have only had to charge it once so I am very impressed with the battery life.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who, like me, wants to brighten their smile and really take their dental hygiene seriously. I cant believe I have been missing out on this feeling of clean for so long before trying this!

Very helpful for knowing when you need new heads. (the toothbrush will also notify you of this)It’s made a huge difference to my teeth, where there was starting to be some plaque build up it has reduced it really well. It’s getting places I was missing before and overall it cleaning my teeth brilliantly.The little travel case it comes with is so handy too.Really pleased with this toothbrush.
