These headphones come in a nice charging/carry box, and look more expensive than they actually cost. They are also quite comfortable for this kind of design (in-ear). However, the sound is a bit flat. I tried other in-ear headphones, and these are not worse than others I tried. I guess I hoped for better sound because it's a Philips. But maybe the sound you can get with in-ear headphones is limited by design, and can never compete with over-the-ear headphones.

These are terrible for the amount spent. There is very little bluetooth range and the sound is subpar at best.
My biggest complain is that theres a buzzing sound as you're using it. Its not as noticable when you're playing music, but i havent really gotten used to it yet. Also the ear pieces are a little too bulky and slippery so theyre hard to take out of the case. They also don't seem to magnetize to the case very well. I do like the tactile buttons a lot and the sound quality is average.
I purchased these for my 20 year old for Christmas. He was always complaining about loosing the others. He says he loves them. There alot cheeper than the others. But well worth it.

Only one of the headphones connects and turns on. Then the audio moves from one to another. I’m really disappointed in this product. Will you be able to send me new ones? Or will I be reimbursed for this issue?
I have the green version of these.Charging port failed today, tried multiple cables in multiple outlets, it works sometimes if i wiggle the cable. Additionally only one earbud works. I have used these maybe 4 times in the one month I've owned them. After charging them the day they arrived, this is the 2nd time I've ever tried charging them, so pretty weak that the port is already broken. I suspect whatever internal charging configuration failed is also the reason the right earbud isnt getting any power.Tried contacting support because my return window is closed and they're on East coast time for office hours which is 4 hours ahead of me, so they are closed. I guess I'll have to play phone tag to try to get my money back on this junk purchase.
I specifically bought to use with my laptop video conferences. It won't connect. It did not come with instructions so I had to download the instructions from web. I've tried for 3 days and Bluetooth isn't able to find it. It does connect to iPad though.
