Most of the ratings state that the globe did not last them the years it guarantees but I think that people forgot that you cannot touch the globe with bare hands. You have to use gloves or a cloth as the oils on your hands will leave a mark with creates a hot spot on the globe not letting it last longZ

How does one review a light bulb? This is an appliance bulb and was purchased to replace a defective one in our oven. It has the identical threaded base so fit perfectly in bulb holder. When connected to electrical power the bulb filament glowed just as it was expected to do, and it glowed at the same brilliance as its predecessor. Given that it operates within a hot environment, after quite a few months of operation, it is proving to be to be as robust as it needs to be. This is an incandescent light so is likely to fail at some undetermined in the future but I will have no hesitation in using the same branded item again and would recommend it to anyone seeking an appliance bulb for the same application.
Fit for purpose. Great getting it as a two pack. Didn't realise that I could buy from Mitre 10. Always bought on mail order before from specialist.
Works well. Two lamps came in handy. Used them for the rangehood.
Bought thse globes in September 2021 - 13 months later one has karked it. For it to have lasted the 1,000 hours (as stated on the package) the oven would have had to been on every day for 3 hours. Not so! Hope the second one lasts longer
Great quality. Worth the price. It has two bulbs in the pack. They last for ages. Easy to install.
The original lamp that came with the oven lasted 10 years, but over next four years, I’ve had to replace these Philips bulbs about once a year. The last one exploded in its housing tripping the oven’s circuit breaker. Won’t be using again.
Genuine Philips Bulb at a great price for 1, even better as there are 2.I can't comment on longevity as it's only been in the oven for a few weeks.Covid level 2 click and collect service was a life saver.
