I have used these bulbs for many years, standard headlamp bulbs are too yellow and dull for dark country villages and lanes which I believe are dangerous, these bulbs produce a whiter light which make the roads ahead much more visible

Good bulbs. The light is a little whiter than usual and this is clearly at dusk. Even more palpable at night. Time will tell about bulbs lifetime.

Good bulbs if youre after extra light. They wont last as long as standard bulbs but thats the trade off for extra light. Try to buy when they're on sale. Had one bulb blow after a year or so but the other is still going. I may have touched the bulb during install which can shorten its life.

Brighter than standard but cost a lot more. Don't think they will last as long as ten year old bulbs they replaced.
Much brighter than standard globes but a bit pricey and don't last as long. However big improvement over standard globes.
Got these for the distance they throw out light rather than white of the light which is still ok and can see a lot further ahead rather than whiter light that didn’t light up the road as far. So far so good , hoping to get more hours out of them than the usual 12 months I was only getting out of Narva brand globes
I have a set of these bulbs in both of my classic cars.To be this bright and legal is fantastic. Nothing had to be changed in wiring or switches as they draw less than 5 amps each.I am now going to purchase two H7 bulbs for my toyota.
