quality. I got a refund for it but was still out of pocket $32 to replace the flyscreen that I had just fitted.Do not bother.... Show more

I bought this today with a new pet screen mesh.... before i even installed the screen door the dog door would unclip and fall off. Soooo disappointing. I now have to buy another screen for my slide door. NOT HAPPY JAN... Show more

Fantastic doggy door. It only took my Bichen Frise 24 hours to master it unassisted. The magnets work perfectly, preventing wind blowing it and giving flies the chance to come in. Only the outside frame could be used on sliding screen door as there was not enough room between it and the sliding glass door for the inner frame. However, even with only five screws it is sturdy. Absolute piece of junk, the frame cant even hold itself together let alone when you add the fly wire thickness. After stuffing about for a hour or so used small cable ties to hold it together.... Show more

Super easy to install

Installation is really easy, just pulls apart, place each half on both sides of flyscreen then press them back together. Cut flyscreen so door can swing open. Simple.I fitted this to standard fibreglass flyscreen mesh. The magnet latch works well. Not much else to say. I have only had it for a week so not sure about longevity but so far this has been fantastic.I have noticed some reviews stating it cant be installed...i'd question a) what flyscreen they are using and b) their 'DIY' abilities.... because this was very simple.... This works really well. I was hesitant because it had plenty of bad reviews. You just have to make sure you've lined the pins and holes up really well and hammer gently but for a while until they've really connected. I recommend piercing the fly screen at every pin and hole before you line them up and start hammering. This way they don't bounce and slide around because the fly screen is a barrier between the pins and holes. I think this is the problem that people found off-putting - it just 'feels wrong', and gives the impression that the thing isn't going to go together at all. But it does. Just be careful, patient, and gentle. Our cats got the hang of it after a few weeks. Well worth it.... Show more

I bought & installed this today, I was leaving the door ajar to allow my dog access in & out, but after a minor got in once, the recent mosquito spike & the strong wind of recent times, I thought I’d give this a shot. I was surprised it just fitted in the panel (see photo) as the dimensions on the web site suggested it wouldn’t. The instructions say cut around the red line, but they are printed in B/W & are for a different model, they weren’t all that helpful. I’m not all that confident that this product will pass the test of time.... Show more
