Awesome door - practical & contemporary

I bought one of these doors 18 months ago to replace my toilet door in my apartment. The room is so tiny there was no room to close the ‘normal’ hinged internal door. The
concertina takes up no space, lets light through, yet maintains privacy. I’m on the website now to organise delivery of another one, this time for my small bathroom. I want to
free up the space so I can fit a longer vanity unit.

Pretty disappointed. I bought 2 of these for a laundry. Difficult to assemble, particularly because the components are so flimsy. A gap appeared between two panels (had to
patch it up with Gaffer tape) and the runners stick 75% of the time. Be careful with the width too, the overhead rail is longer than the fully extended width of the door, and
there is quite a bit of re-working involved in getting this product to fit and then work the way it's intended. This would be OK if the product itself wasn't so flimsy.

Okay for a shack or temporary solution in a rumpus room etc. Can be fiddly to cut down to size (you have to take apart) but did the job for the price. It's flimsy, 2 panels came
already partly split and expect the rest will last 12 months. Very thin so don't use on a toilet if you want noise or cold air blocked, mainly just to hide things. If I was doing a
wardrobe or main laundry I'd go to a proper supplier.

Client was happy
14 September 2021
Client requested a concertina door for the wardrobe area of the bedroom. (They are planning to sell.) The door frame was 83 x 202cm so a little adjustment was necessary. The supplied instructions both in the box and on the outside are not bad but while there is a picture of scissors cut the bottom of the door I do not think that will actually work. There are instructions on how to trim for length. You will need to remove and replace the screws that hold the panels together. I used a jigsaw, but the last panel splintered, not badly, but it can be seen.Even though the header appeared a good fit in the frame I needed to pack out one side so the door could close. The instructions did not really describe how to attach the handle, although it is not hard to work ... MoreClient requested a concertina door for the wardrobe area of the bedroom. Features fell to pieces. Cannot believe bunnings would sell such rubbish. After looking at reviews of other dearer doors they have same type of reviews. Total rubbish.
15 March 2023
I bought 2 of these about a year ago and had to repair runners at top because they released and let the door drop. I repaired that with araldite. Now that they are a year old the door panels are starting to tear apart. I definitely would not recommend for any use.... Show more

Surprisingly Happy
31 December 2021
The concertina door was what I expected it to be, and was in perfect condition. However, I wasn't expecting the delivery to be so prompt, especially with Xmas around the corner and covid etc. Thank you Bunnings! I couldn't be happier... Show more

Updated review - garbage quality, do not buy
1 October 2020
This is an update to my previous review, I hoped it would be a cheap fix to last 12 months. However after a couple of months and a frustrating install, the door has been more trouble than it's worth and I will be returning for refund as soon as stores reopen. See attached photos - the PVC the door is made from is extremely thin and brittle, hollow and prone to splitting. Think of a door made from a real estate "For Sale" sign, except thinner. Once it gets a split it will go the length of the door and you've got a useless panel. Some splits were present on arrival so it shows it only takes some knocking about during transit for it to break. The rest have appeared since I've owned it but only used as normal. I spent some effort cutting to size and installing which has ... MoreThis is an update to my previous review, I hoped it would be a cheap fix to last 12 months.
