Real lackluster color to the highlighting. It looks like the highlighting you get when you highlight inside a word document. I just don't find it super eye-catching. That said, it functions well and does erase cleanly. Give it a sec to dry before you try though, wetting down ink then erasing is a recipe for disaster if everything hasn't reset.If you want your highlighter to be erasable, it's the only game in town and does a pretty good job of it.

The item arrived in about a week undamaged. This is a good product and I look forward to doing more business with JetPens in the future. I haven't had the product long enough to give a more detailed review that I plan on doing. I'd much rather shop at JetPens than any of the major big box retailers!

This probably has to be my favourite colour of the Pilot Frixion highlighters I own. It's a cool, muted purple, almost a periwinkle, and it's so pretty. It's erasable too which is really cool. Highly recommend these highlighters

Where were these erasable highlighters when I was in high school/college?! I also bought the Foray brand versions (thermal ink "eraser" - cannot use Foray highlighter over thermal ink again, no matter the color) but they did not erase as well as these (similar to regular pencil eraser). Minimal bleeding/not overly inky & never smears. Erases like a dream. Colors are bright. They seem to last just as long as the Foray ones. These are more expensive but I will continue to purchase these for the amazing eraser capability.My only con for this product is that there needs to be more colors! I did get lucky and saw a pack with pastel colors once but was never able to find it again.
I borrowed a textbook for a class and while I will highlight the snot out of mine, I didn't want to hand this one back colored like a rainbow. Upon Googling "erasable highlighters" I found a couple of brands that seemed to have good reviews. Not wanting to wait for mail from Amazon, I headed to my nearest Staples for the brand that was posted online as "available" in the store. While searching the wall, I was asked if I needed help which I took. The associate hadn't heard of this item but happily told me I could order it and have it the next day AT MY HOME-for FREE! I was good with that as I didn't want to have to drive all the way back out the next day. I got a simple 3 pack with different colors. I give 4 stars because when you use the eraser it seems to smear the ink BUT I have learned, getting the highlight off the textbook page, simply running my finger over it takes it away. Now, we will just have to see how long it stays if it comes off that easily!
These would be the ideal perfect item as we use highlighters on plans all the time. I tested them first before distributing them throughout the whole company. It is hard to view at first and shows up after some time and darker. Not impressed with the highlighting function of it, but after letting the color sit for a week it is still erasable and works well. I am just not impressed with how the highlighter works overall.

The barrel designs are a bit loud, a bit busy, so I'm wondering if a 'pro' or 'executive' model of each of these might be released at some point.
I love these highlighters. They highlight smoothly and with the same consistency of traditional highlighters. It erases cleanly and easily. I use them as much as my regular non-erasable highlighters.
