Bought this for my 2 dogs and even the cat uses it. Works fine but would like it to be a little more adjustable width-wise

Absolute garbage. Don't waste your money. They give you a template to use to cut. Which is incorrect, and its quality is very poor. Bends and warps all over the place. Isn't weather tight so will leak, and door doesn't open and close properly. I had to belt it with a hammer to bend it properly to get it to work

Bought this two weeks ago. No issues with installing it. Simple structure and easy installation. Works fine. My puppy is a bit shy to go through it as the flap is not translucent. However he used to get in and out with no issues after a weeks training. The flap is very quiet, not as other comments said. I only need to put some silicones at the corners to make the cut hole w. Consider it’s less than half price of other brands, good value of money. And it is metal! Better than the plastic ones I think! It’s not air tight, but it’s on our laundry door so doesn’t bother me much. It does not have an anti break in insert however again, our old house has glasses everywhere and even at the front door side panel. So wouldn’t care less.
