Even with pilot holes the screw head will snap upon trying to apply. Hinges seem ok early days best to get decent screws if buying product. Kinda defeats the purpose of them putting screws into the item. Hinges ok depending on weight of gate. But the screws nasty.

I bought these 150 mm Tee hinges to replace a pair of old rusted 6 inch Tee hinges (remember Imperial measurements?) on a small external shed door. They are a close fit in terms of size and fully able to support the weight of the heavy solid timber door. Not expensive and whilst not steel, they do the job. The zinc coating looks good and hopefully the hinges will withstand the weather.

I bought these 150 mm Tee hinges to replace a pair of old rusted 6 inch Tee hinges (remember Imperial measurements?) on a small external shed door. Agree on the below. Screws are garbage even with pilot holes. Wish I read this before getting one lodged into the timber I’ve just spent all day preparing
Seems pretty solid but needed to swap out a few screws that ground down the heads with standard electric screw driver
Very very squeaky. Had to change it out. Go for a ball bearing strap hinge instead
Upon installation these hinges formed a white, powdery coating that wasn't there before. I don't live coastal and there was no rain, so unsure what's happened. Besides that, they've also begun sqeaking. I had other hinges from previous years installed in same location, but these did not have the same issues.
