Even though it comes with keys and one side of the handle has a key hole, it doesn't lock. I can still open the handle even when the key is turned.

Wish I had read the reviews first ! When you lock the handle there is still movement and you can open the gate when it’s locked. When I tried to adjust the handle side was not horizontal to the gate and looked cheap. A truely awful product which has ruined my new gate

I have a unique Property Entry Gate installation in a Brick Wall, with the Ring type Pull Handle but it is hard to turn the ring to unlatch the gate. The Catalog picture indicates the choice of a more user friendly lever, that would replace the ring type & it would therefor best suit my requirements , but apparently it is not available. Is there some way of placing an order please?

Wish I would have read these reviews before purchase. Poor quality product that seems more decorative than secure as it has a fair amount of give or movement when locked. Key lock has now broken after about 6 months from purchase.
Went to all the trouble of mounting this latch only to find that the locking handle was stiff to turn which meant that once opening the latch there was too much friction for the latch bar to drop when the handle was released. No amount of lubricant would make it work. Poor manufacture and QA.
Bought this lock some time ago. The package had been opened and resealed yet still available for sale. When opening at home I found the key would not open lock.Today I tried to purchase a replacement. I requested a sales assistant to check that enclosed keys would open and close the lock. IT DID NOT. This product is a dud.
