This unit is really superb in its performance and the manner it lets you feel the platter controlling the music. Its built very well and setup was very quick. Response of the CDJ is amazing, and the display is really superb. Please note: my experience is with the CDJ and using Serato.

Love everything about this controller. Had issues figuring out key lock since it doesn't have a quick access for this...all in all makes mixing incredibly easy. Beware though, The CDJs and DJMs do NOT give you a license currently for rekordbox or any other Dj software. This small (but obviously large) detail held me up for hours. Along with updating them to the current firmware with a USB. Use Pinoeer's website to do that (and yes, you have to do it regardless of having a Mac even though manual says you don't need to)

Great communication, one of the players had an issue with the screen and he was able to send a replacement one within a week. Normal wear with any used equipment but all functions work as should for the most part

I upgraded from the CDJ 2000 nexus to benefit from the touch screen and beat grid options you get with the NXS2's. Lots of other advantages with the NXS2 too.Additional hot cues.24bit 96kHz for better Hi-Res audio playback.Larger multicolour touchscreen.Makes searching through folders and menus quicker and easier.Search function is great.Touchscreen allows functionality similar to that of a laptop based system but more robust.Pro DJ link networking allows decks to talk to each other.You will need new dust covers as the NXS2 are slightly longer than the NXS and the power cable male connector now has three pins where as the NXS had only two.Amazing kit. Big investment but worth it as will.last a lifetime.
After retiring my CDJ900's i was so looking forward to see what the hype was all about in these. Firstly, the layout is amazing. Touch screen etc took me a while to work my way around the features, but it was worth it. Glad i held off from getting the 3000's as i still like to play music from time to time on CD, so pleased these have that capability. So much fun been had experimenting & playing out on these, well happy with the purchase.
Very dope! I hope Pioneer will release some drivers for better support for Serato. Can't increase the waveforms unfortunately.
Initially i was hesitant to drop almost 2K on a cd player but after only a couple weeks of use and barely scratching the surface of what this machine can do i have to say it is worth every dollar. Absolutely brilliant, virtually flawless and the soundcard is astonishing. As a former professional club dj i have used many other dj players including other Pioneer decks and this one is the best of them all hands down.
