I bought the Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4 for a client who is just starting out. I was blown away by the quality and features. I love that it's set up for Pioneer Rekordbox and Serato. I would recommend upgrading Serato DJ Pro as lite is quite stripped back. It's super easy to set up and sounds great. Some of the set up in Recordbox mode is a little gimmicky but I guess that's part of the fun? All in all a perfect first mixer. I look forward to using it with the new Rekordbox app out in 2023.

Well made, every feature you need is there, it's not too gimmicky, not too basic. Overall it is perfect for the non-pro DJ. Get a decent size screen, a large USB or hard drive and avoid Apple Music if you want an easy life. Apple's file formats are an absolute, incompatible mess unfortunately.
I love my pioneer DJ flx4. This is my very first DJ controller. What this machine can do is awesome. I would highly recommend it
I'm having a lot of fun in serato with the new stem seperation feature. Mashups ideas have become endless and this new controller has some new features and a cleaner design. The Serato DJ Pro Suite is just very expensive and i'm only using the subscription model. I wish it was a rent to own software , but I guess I"m going to have to try and catch it when it's on sale. $ is steep. I might have to try out rekordbox lol.
I was wary about buying an expensive product from a company I knew very little about but after seeing it on a few socials I thought I would give them a try. I was amazed to find that I ordered my DJ Controller in the morning and received it by the afternoon on the following day. I’m really happy with the my item and will definitely go back if I need any further gear.
I had originally purchased to use as a back up controller but now I use more than my DDJ1000. It works just as advertised and also quick and easy to set up. Definetly reccomend if you are looking for a portable controller o as a back up.
This is a entery level controler and for the price it is actually more than I expected! VU meters, Gain knobs and lo/hi filters for each chanel besides all the other hypes; loops, effects, performance pads etc. I just wish pioneer had used 100mm pitch sliders and it would be perfect! If you want a low budget but reliable and good quality product like pioneer has used us to this is the one for you :-) Congratulations Madrid hifi for the super fast shipping
I use this product for small gigs. I wish it was made out of something a little more premium feel than plastic. I think it has just enough for beginners and small jobs.
