Got this a couple of weeks ago as a replacement for the stock headunit in our ‘97 Prado, loving it so far. The bluetooth connection does seem to be abit of a nuisance when trying to have a few different devices use it at different times tho.

Downside to it, It just barely fit into the dash..When you're going to purchase this head unit, especially with a VZ, Be sure to get the CORRECT wires for this installation, I've been having issues where the head unit resets itself every time i stop and start the car clearing my saved settings for my music...Other downside is my steering wheel control's wont work with the head unit since the wires i bought apparently do not work.. So i wasted 2 hours installing it..I would pay $150 for Supercheap to install the head unit for me... but i just can't afford it.At the end of the day, While driving and everything is working. Great little unit for the price. Good sound. LED surround is too bright. You can dim it but then you can't read screen. Complicated setup.

Works as intended, with good, clear display and sound. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that even though it was listed as fitting my vehicle, there is a fair gap on the sides and the trim can't fit on as there is no space at the top and bottom. I have a 120 Prado.
Great unit. Comes with the external mic included. Works well, connects to bluetooth and spotify with ease. Easy to use and good sound quality. Super easy to install with the Aerpro harnesses. Took me about an hour an I have never installed one in my life
Great product for the price, reasonably easy DIY installation if you do a little research on youtube before having a go, and it works exactly as I would like it to. The only negative is that the remote control was missing from the box. This is not an issue for me as I have no need of a remote, but it might be a deal breaker for other buyers.
It doesn’t come with owners manual or any manuals what so ever,The box reads it has a remote control with it but it doesn’t,When I asked staff about this I was told that’s how they are know,
I bought this unit and installed with aerpro harness.It works fine most of the time ,phone connection etc good sound.On starting sometimes the unit does not power up.Unplug it pull all connecting wire , then replace and it powers up fine for the moment anyway......
I installed my new pioneer stereo in my VX Commodore about 5 days ago using the commodore information from the internet to match the correct wiring and it sounds fantastic but on occasions after turning off ignition and then restarting the car the stereo will not come back on with no power at all, after pulling the stereo out again and checking the fuse on the back and it was not blown, put it back in and it had power again and this has done this on a few occassions already, I had a good day yesterday that it behaved itself. The stereo itself sounds amazing with very loud and clear sound and all the features are magnificent.
For such a good price this is an excellent stereo. Easy install in my sons 2002 Camry. Bluetooth quality and connection is excellent. Would have liked to be able to connect more than 2 devices but not a game changer
