Bought on 19 Jan 2023 and returned because the cap didn't seal when screwed down. I hoped it was a one-off fault, so I swapped it for another, however the same problem occurred. The leaky cap seal seems to be a rather basic design fault, and is particularly disappointing because one of the selling points is that the jerry can is made in Australia. The designers should have another go.

I have had one of these Bunnings 5L water jerry cans for several years now and it has been excellent. I have never had a problem with leaks. It is worthwhile buying a separate 38mm tap cap to use with it for camping.
Yep it leaked. Not fit for purpose.I usually try and buy Australian made made products even though they can cost more, but I think a 2 dollar shop container would have been better and cheaper - considering the cost of this product and that it does not require overseas shipping. Sloppy quality from the company.
