Instructions also recommend letting sit for a number of days before usage so take that into consideration if you want to use it immediately.I'd say firmness is more on the side of hard than medium but I like that. Was a little surprised when I heard this mattress would be coming in a box.It was very easy to set up even by one person. Tool included to open the plastic that it was vacuum sealed in.Matress is firm and very comfortable to sleep on.
My mattress is great. It's very comfortable and arrived on time. It was easy to maneuver around as it came in a box. I'm very happy with my purchase.
I thought this was a medium soft mattress however it is hard as a board. Sadly, ot the great mattress the reviews indicated.

This whole online service is a scam. The online items are g even associated with Fantastic furniture. Everything you think you are getting you aren’t. Then when you need to contact them you can’t. Then when you are on the online chat, they basically say nothing we can do. Was the worst experience ever. A comment I have heard from many. Will never use Fantastic Furniture again! Complete scam!
