There are publications showing that people who have taken the equivalent of 4 pills of bitter melon per day for 3 months, have had a slight decrease on their blood sugar. If you’ve had bitter melon, you know it’s not for everyone but this pill is tasteless! I recommend it to anyone struggling with pre-diabetes.

I began taking Bitter Melon. My glucose has now dropped in every reading by average of 50% in morning readings continuing at deep drops in overall readings during day. Once took 4 metformin pills a day. In past few months I am happy to say that I am now down to one 500 mgs a day. My goal is to reverse condition and be off all meds. Seems I am on right track. Just follow directions as written. Change diet as well. Highly recommend.
It's not compatible for me. I wanted a bittermelon supplement whenever I consume quite a lot of sugar/carb coz I get breakouts and inflammation. But this one has some side effects for me such as bloating, diarrhea, headache, some muscle pain and some anxiety.I've only taken a few capsules once a week but I'm quite curious about the ingredient calcium phosphate and magnesium stearate maybe causes my discomfort. Not going to finish my bottle and will never buy this again.
I take 2 pills before a heavy meal or one with more carbs, and I feel less guilty. I didn't do any blood sugar test, it has always been fine, but I am older now and want to take care of my health. I was told often as a kid that bitter melon reduces scarring, and I have very few scars, any from falling are very pale. I eat fresh bitter melon often as a stir-fry. mozzie bites don't give me any scars but I do see others with lots of mozzie bite mark scarring. I'm not sure about how true that is but I sure like my bitter melon!
Bitter melon is known to have interesting pharmacological activities such as anti-cancer, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antioxidant.I did not see any immediate effect when ingested, but it is predicted that if I take it 2 to 3 times a week, I will see the effect of enhancing physical strength and improving health.In the future, after seeing these results, I will update the review again, and if I get good results, I will buy again.
