(3 reviews)

The Plano Atlas Series Backpack Tackle Bag keeps your fishing gear organized and easy to transport. This tackle backpack pairs a hard-sided tackle box with a soft-sided tackle bag, giving you the best of both durability and lightweight portability. Great quality tackle backpack, plenty of room in main storage area, plenty of extra compartments and has a hard body so pack does not droop or sink. The 2 magnetized drop zones on top of the pack are ingenious and really come in handy!!

It’s looks, feels, and has held up to the premium price. A Hard shell backpack that doesn’t topple in on itself while using it alone is worth the buy.

For $220 I am a bit disappointed by this bag, a few additions/changes and it could be great, it will hold three regular depth Plano Edge boxes or two regular and two slim, but the room left on the sides of the boxes should be a bit less, you have a total of two inches of open space, I expected the inner compartment to be a little more form fitting, the magnets on top consist of two magnets roughly an inch in diameter, each will hold a bait in place during slight movement or a light breeze, anything more than that and it falls off, if you have something with a larger flat magnetic surface it works a bit better, the magnet would be far more useful if it was a 2x3 or 3x3 solid plate, the side compartments have no additional storage, a small pocket inside each would ... MoreFor $220 I am a bit disappointed by this bag, a few additions/changes and it could be great, it will hold three regular depth Plano Edge boxes or two regular and two slim, but the room left on the sides of the boxes should be a bit less, you have a total of two inches of open space, I expected the inner compartment to be a little more form fitting, the magnets on top consist of two magnets roughly an inch in diameter, each will hold a bait in place during slight movement or a light breeze, anything more than that and it falls off, if you have something with a larger flat magnetic surface it works a bit better, the magnet would be far more useful if it was a 2x3 or 3x3 solid plate, the side compartments have no additional storage, a small pocket inside each would increase organizational abilities, the build quality does seem nice and durable (time will tell), the "rod holder" is completely useless in my opinion, not that I need or use one anyway, but I tried to see if it would work and it didn't really seem to hold a rod in any type of a secure fashion and it can't be removed without cutting it off the bag, maybe I or someone can find an alternate use for it, for now it's just something to hang off the bag, overall it's a good bag NOT great (not worth $220), I'm a little let down.
