It is a good design and good quality. I think the weight to strength ratio is very good. My one reservation is the difficulty I encountered assembling it. Mostly, it went together well although it is definitely a two person job. The biggest problem was the axle being larger than the bearings - 15.4mm vs 15mm. Very well made garden trailer that went together easily. Ill have to modify the tow point slightly to allow it to turn behind my Greenfield ride on as there is not enough clearance. But overall Id recommend this item to anyone.
This is the best investment we have made. Easy to use and has many applications.
Exactly what I wanted..
The trailer arrived in a large box well packed, assembly was easy and took under half an hour (thou 1 hole in the tub wasn't fully drill but was easily fixed) The build quality was excellent and tilt feature is easy to use, complete with a lock pin to prevent accidental tipping. (as a side note I used a fishing track to secure the lock pin and prevent loss of it) Trailer is light to move by hand and easy to hitch to the mower. Happy with the purchase!
Really needs 2 to assemble, as pretty bulky. Took me 4 hours, but overall fairly simple. The worst part was perhaps was the tipper-spring assembly. It really needs motorcycle spring experience and 2c coins - it is that strong! Instructions OK/average for any Chinese-made thing these days, but bolt sizes were wrong for tipper-plate, pretty obvious due to in-cart hole-sizes. Overall OK, but keep to the weight limits - as it's pretty flimsy construction for just over 180Kg as advertised. But a nice bit of gear for what it was intended/designed for. But H/Duty use is a big no-no !
Wow, this cart is awesome. I put it together myself and its a lot bigger than I thought. Hooked up to the back of the mower easy and was moving garden soil within the hour of receiving it. Very impressed with its toughness and it being so light. Thanks
