One item that I found about this headset is that you can connect to eight different blue tooth devices, but can only use two at one time. I have used many different Bluetooth ear devices over the years and this one is by far the best. Great noise canceling. I ride a bicycle back and forth to work and while on the phone the other person hears me perfectly without wind or traffic noise. During the day I have two different phones connected to it at the same time and listen to online radio as well. Zero complaints or criticism. Great product. I have 2. The docking charger is great. Just set it down on the charger and when you pick it up it answers the phone. Will buy again and highly recommend.

Excellent noise cancellation, good battery life. Tried it out year ago and liked it so much now I order them for all the company employees with vehicles. May have bought 40 or more since. Don't keep count. They are pretty tough. I accidently dropped the one in the photo below walking into the office. By the time I realized it 10 minutes later it had already been run over by a truck. Believe or not the unit still works. It is just a bit uncomfortable to wear so bought a new one... FYI an 1100rpm spin cycle of a washing machine does not do the headset any favors. Still worked after drying out but disconnected frequently.

It has so many features, I don't even know what they do. The voice quality is very good, with good noise reduction for use outdoors or in crowded places, or in your car. It's easy to use, just put it on your ear. Even if it's in your pocket when someone calls, just taking it out will answer the phone. I purchased the base station battery too, and I just set it into the unit to charge the battery, no plugging loose cables into it. My only gripe is that it doesn't fit so well in my ear, and it moves around somewhat. That makes the volume go up and down on the other end with your caller. It also comes with different ear pieces for your ear size Overall it's a great value.
We have been using Plantronics headsets exclusively, for 40 years. Until now, they have always been the best headsets on the market and Plantronics always provided outstanding USA-based customer service. This 5200 is physically flimsy and no longer intuitive to use. The battery self-discharges when the headset is powered off. The talk time and standby time is just a lie. Shame on HP for ruining a great brand.Our perfectly good Voyager Legend headsets stopped working so we tried updating the software. There is no update available. When we finally reached Customer Service, a person who barely spoke English informed us that they no longer provide support for the product because it is "out-of-date."
Well I do not relish in leaving negative reviews, I love to leave all the stars, but this one is not it. I'm experiencing the difficulty you will uncover if you're unfortunate enough to have it, where it constantly disconnects and for whatever mystical reason, I'm sure there's one, maybe it's a codec problem? IDK, it's constantly disconnecting from my phone. No fix can be found. those cheap JBLs or skullcandies or whatever, I have better success with. next time, I'm sticking with Jabra. bring back jaw bone, never had an issue with that.On my life, never had so much grief, and wanted to cause so much destruction to a product.

I had the same problem on previous models too. The only solution I found is on the phone to go into SETTINGS > ACCESSIBILITY > TOUCH > CALL AUDIO ROUTING and select BLUETOOTH HEADSET. That is, deselect AUTOMATIC. iOS already tries to determine where to route a call, and will automatically switch between headphones, watches, cars, and computers. It seems that if the Voyager is trying to route the audio at the same time as the phone, it's a bit hit-and-miss where it will go.I know this sounds a bit picky, but it means I'm never *quite* sure if the audio will route correctly. I still find that calls won't transfer to the headset until there is audio on the line: either a ring tone, or the caller answering, and it's a bit disconcerting starting a call and hearing...nothing...for a few seconds, and then the headset beeps with the three-tone prompt it plays when connecting, and *then* I can hear something occurring.Fundamentally, it works well, but these things take the polish off it such that I score it as 4/5 rather than 5/5. YMMV.

The connectivity fab, never dropped the connection. The voice commands worked all of the time. Sound quality phenomenal, the sensors to know whether the headset was on your ear or not, Fabulous!.This latest incarnation from Poly is Shocking have to reset the sensors all ofnthe time. No voice commands when you press the button. No voice commands work when trying to answer the calls. The Bluetooth connection drops as soon as you answer the call.It is I think at the point of going in the bin.
