Made from polypropylene, high-grade copolymer material. Only suitable for use water. Not suitable for use with chemicals. Fittings and Valves are not to be used with hot water, although they withstand the same temperature as polyethlyene pipe. The fittings and valves will withstand sub-zero temperatures. The Plasson/Vinidex range of Rural fittings is made from high impact resistant polypropylene material and complies with AS/NZS 4129 PE pipes maintain a smooth internal bore over the working lifetime of the pipeline The high impact strength of PE pipes compared with other materials Flexibility of polyethylene allows PE pipe to be laid to follow natural earth contours or bend around obstacles
