This controller is so ergonomic and well made. I don't even use my ps4 anymore I use this to play on my PC. Its great sound quality and fills good in your hands with satisfying buttons and controls. It comes with a headphone jack so if my headphone jack doesn't work I can use this as an external headphone. Highly recommend.

I’ve had this controller for years and it’s still going strong. It is lightweight and comfortable to hold even with my small hands. I’ve never had issues with buttons getting stuck or analog sticks drifting. The battery life is decent. Fully charged it will last about 5 hours which is enough for a casual gamer like me.

Arrived damaged. I didn't notice at first because it was kinda dark. So I started using the PS4 controller. Really it seems to work fine. But when I looked closer at it several days after it arrived, I noticed cracks along the seam at the right side of it. I had not dropped it even once. By then I had already thrown away the invoice receipt. So I kept the controller. But I'm not really happy it arrived damaged.

I have both this and an Xbox controller for gaming on my PC and find it a far more comfortable fit for my hands (particularly for games that require some measure of precision and skill - I'm looking at you 'Souls' games). While not as immediate to set up on the PC as an Xbox controller, the effort is worth it. It, of course, works like a dream on the PS4 (as you would expect).I've bought dualshocks from various online retailers (spares and doubles - for coop play), and haven't experienced any issues with ones bought from John Lewis. Others have felt slightly sub par (and given rise to concerns about counterfeits). With John Lewis I feel safer.Legitimate controllers can take a lot of punishment, by the way.Worth the cost.
Controller in excellent condition. I have only briefly plugged it in and checked on gamepad tester for drift, no drift that I can see and all buttons work and respond. Under the magnified light, I discovered the normal amount of dead skills cells and grease that get into the small cracks and crevices, but a wipe down with IPA, a couple of minutes with a pick and you couldn't tell me this controller was BRAND NEW! Thanks for the amazing deal and I would love to buy more gaming stuff from you!
Great product my son wanted this. It’s a fun product for the whole family. Sony is a trusted brand. In our house. It seems durable. Price is expensive but overall prices to be a good addition for any gamer
Coming from an XBOX 360 Wireless Controller (chunky, heavy, sturdy), I am not a big fan of the smallness and lightness of the PS4 Dualshock... it feels as if you could break it by looking at it wrong. Also, the face buttons are atrocious. I cannot believe Sony fans went from the original PS1 dualshocks, which were indestructible, to THIS !!!
This is going to sound very picky but I purchased my destiny editon ps4 back in 2014. The white controller that it came with no longer works. I purchased this controller thinking it would be a period correct (older style without the light bar in the pad) as the photos suggested, however it is a newer gen controller-which is fine! All that I ask is that the photos be updated to provide the most recent gen attributes including the light bar in the pad. I love the controller so much that I actually purchased a second one to keep in the box. This is by far the best place for any ps4 tech. If you have read this far, thank you for your time. 5 * and no hard feelings Walmart.
Going on a year now of having this controller and it is still working perfectly with regular daily use, battery still holds a good charge and has even withstood the wrath of my toddler. Overall pretty impressed and happy with this controller. I would like it if there were more colour options readily available for the DualShock 4 though. This is not a colour I would usually choose but it was the only one available.
I actually wanted a Play Station style controller that I could use on a Windows computer. Whilst the Dual Shock 3 requires additional software, the Dual Shock 4 mostly works without any extras. I say 'mostly' because some users have said that the lack of a 'Start' button can be an issue with some games. However for me, it does everything I need
