I love the compatibility and the size of it. Takes up less space than I thought. Would have loved to share a picture but then the site is not letting me. But the product is good for anyone trying to save space and something good for their controller in the long run.

This a very convenient charger. It relieves the need to have usb charging cables attached to the console so charging of the controllers can be at a completely different location if preferred. It does have a light and more flimsy feel to it but once in place there is no need for much handling. A note of caution is that it is easy to place the controllers in the charging slots and not have them correctly positioned to charge.

Fake knockoff was received. I ordered the Sony PS5 charging station through Walmart.com and received a package from Amazon.com instead. The description on Walmart website shows it’s the real Sony PS5 controller charging station. The third picture on the product description shows the real item. The item received was a really bad knockoff that said “P5” on the box. I notified Walmart that this 3rd party distributor “Elite Distribution Group” is selling fake products under the impression that it’s the real thing.

Great accessory for the PS5. Does exactly what it's made for, simple well made design. Link the idea that it's has its own wall plug so the controllers charge even when the PS5 is off. Like the extended 2 year warranty that John Lewis gives you.
Shipped and delivered quick. I was lucky to order it before the site changed it 'backorder'. It now sits comfortably next to my Digital PS5. Dock isn't too heavy or built strong, so being a bit delicate with it while docking is important if you like to have it working for a long time. It seats 2 controllers comfortably, and for those like me who were lucky to get a bundle, it is exactly what you will need. Charging time has been around the 3 hour mark for me as well. There are other 3rd party docking stations, but I think those who get this dock will really enjoy having it next to your console, and the click-in when placing the controller is quite satisfying.

Always a big fan of OEM accessories, this fits the PS5 ecosystem perfectly, it's easier to use than the official PS4 charging dock and feels just as sturdy, controllers literally sit on top of it, no faffing about making sure things are lined up. Visually it compliments the PS5 perfectly, the continued addition of the icons as inside texture is appreciated and at 25 (MSRP) this product is an absolute bargain. A must for people who forget to plug in their controllers (or put them down in random places), and those who don't like leaving their console in rest mode with powered USB. My only gripe with it is it uses an external power brick plugged into the wall, yet it's only outputting 5.1v @ 2.8amps, surely this could be powered via USB?
Given its price, I wasn't sure if this would be the official charging station but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised.There's no need to click in the controller like you had to for the PlayStation 4 models. This is simply a case of resting the controller in the dock and letting the metal contacts on both parts do the work.The white metal fins match the PlayStation 5's wavey metal fins perfectly. It's stupidly cute, almost as if the PlayStation had had a baby :DThe official controllers don't have the longest battery life in the world so this is a must-have.I'm genuinely happy with this purchase which is rare—nothing to find fault with at all.
It charges your controllers and looks great next to your PS5 Unit. In fact, its shaped like a tiny PS5. The only annoying part is keeping the controllers seated correctly. The slightest bump will knock them right off the charger, which is super annoying. If it is not seated JUST right, it will not charge. When you have both controllers on there, you will always bump one slightly and it will fall off the charger. Heck, if you walk past it and a slight breeze come by, the controllers will fall off. The controllers balance on it about as well as you can balance a baseball bat on your head. I am not returning it or anything. If I had to do it over, I would get a 3rd party unit that keeps the controllers in place a bit better.
This is a great product to charge multiple controllers and keep them looking nice in their own place. Also gives you a space to put your controller so you know they will always be there. One thing I dislike though is that the controllers don't sit too firmly on the charger, so you need to switch them around until you hear a "click" sound. Even then I think it would be better if they sat nicer on the charger like a magnet pulling it in.
