So far so good with this purchase. This is my first time wearing 8” heels, so I think there’ll be a bit of an adjustment period. I like how these feel a lot more secure when I’m walking around. I don’t feel like I’m sliding like I have with other shoes. I’m usually a 9.5 shoe size, so I decided to size down for a change. I think that was the right decision for this style. I also have wide feet and although I had to squeeze my feet into these initially, I think that the plastic will adjust a bit to my foot.

The flamingo are brilliant if you know what you're in for. Sturdy, classic, with a stretch/hug to the upper vinyl, a good clacking sound, sticky top for climbing but the base is still good for sliding in floor work. The way they hold and reflect light is one of my favorite things about the clear. They really do give a certain magic that's different from any of the colors.These are my first 8" and my first sandals, and getting used to the lack of ankle support hasn't been too bad but I am glad I didn't start with sandals.My boots are also size 12 and these are size 10. The integrity of the shoes remains intact through weekends of intense floor and pole work! The straps have never broken on these pair unlike some others ive owned. Luck or well made?Two qualms. The shoe bed should be a dark color, as the pad begins to get disgusting on lighter ones. And the other, is a flamingo model plastics problem. The toe space should be smaller so that my toes don't do inevitable cliff gripping overtime. Ew.

These are my first pair of 8 inch pole heels and I will definitely stick with this model. The rose gold has a similar line extending effect to a nude patent or plastic shoe but looks more glam and stage or photo ready, whereas actual nudes can look a little rubbery or sterile to me. I'm a true 7.5 in street shoes and I got a size 7, which is exactly the right fit -- no gaps or overlap. Only reason it's not a 5 star for me is that up close you can see the spray dots that make up this color, like red/pink over gold, and it's a bit crafty. I wish they were vinyl or lame.
I love these! I was purchasing this style in a size too big for comfort. This time I went down a size. They initially are snug, but it took 2 classes to break them in . I love the black sole, bc my last flamingos were white on that part and got very dirty very quickly. I also love the black heel because they will match with anything and they make my legs look so long! They’re def not flashy, like the chrome colors, but they’re a good sturdy shoes to dance in! Buy them!
What can I say about these beauties in rose gold??? Ugh the color is so gorgeous and catches light in such a nice way. As someone who wears a regular shoe size 9.5US I sized down to a 9 for this sandal because I wanted the shoe to feel snug and tight. For pleaser sandals in general it is best to size down and then break them in because it will then feel like an extension of your foot. Highly recommend just for how cute they are. If you want them to last invest in some covers because the chrome paint chips verrryyy easily. Not durable but gorgeous
These are great! I thought the plasticy strap would be uncomfortable but it wasn't. I've heard generally that you should size up with closed toe and remain the same size for open toe HOWEVER I sized up anyway and that was the right choice. I do have pretty wide toe area and these fit just right. I'm usually a size US9 and I always buy US10 from Pleaser.Side note: I bought my first stilletos in 8in after wearing 8in boots. Mistake! I should've gone with 7in as they privide much less ankle support. But that's no fault on the shoe itself, just something to keep in mind.

I ordered these in US9. The packaging says the Flamingo-808 US9 length is 26,2 cm and the Naughty-808 US9 is 25,4 cm, so by going wider you lose some length. I contacted Pleaser customer service but they didn’t recognize them as defective. I didn’t even get a full refund for this reason. I had to choose between credit (full refund) or money ($7 deducted per item because of returning). So keep this in mind. I have learned that it’s basically a standard for the shoes to have marks and scratches on them, and you will NOT be compensated or getting your money back (fully), sadly. At this point they should just start lowering their prices. This is the response I always get back from the Pleaser customer service when making a complaint: “This automated notice is to inform you that we have reviewed your defect inquiry, and we have found that it is not eligible for a refund, credit or replacement. This means we have determined that the issue you experienced with your product were not caused by a manufacturing issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.”
