Hey there I recently bought the glitter boots in rose gold 8 inches. When i opened them and put them on the shoe laces broke :( It was sad. I didnt have time to return them etc so its fine, I just made a knot with the laces and still used them, but just thought I would let you know.

The first pair came in with a big scratch on the toe strap. Got exchanged but the second pair had tares on the edge of the toe strap. Couldn't exchange for the 3rd time because I needed to use them. So got offered a small partial refund.

The service from SMG is absolutely amazing and when you first get the shoes they do indeed look like they're to-die-for. But if you wear them a few times for training (and unfortunately I did to get used to dancing in 8 inches) you'll quickly discover they are nowhere near as durable as the clear strappy heels. Bits chaffed off so terribly that they looked worn in less than a month and the quality sitting under all that glitter isn't great. Plus it became loose around the ankle and the ends that slip under the buckle became so badly frayed that it took forever to put them on. Frustrating when you spend a lot of money on shoes that are supposed to make you feel amazing. Gorgeous shoes! Still trying to get used to the height though! I suspect that since I'm a size 5, the heel height proportion to the shoe length is greater than average, making them feel a lot less stable. Probably going to stick to 7inch in future :P
Could not feel more pretty wearing these! They are officially my favourite shoe I own for pole now.In terms of sizing: I am a 7.5 so always size down for open toe pleasers and these ones are definitely on the looser side, but still perfect. Absolutely adore this shoe and might even buy the black and silver :)
Beautiful!! Fit great. I have wide feet and I was a little worried, but they stretch nicely! Added bonus, the glitter doesn’t fall off because it’s part of the material!
I’ve ordered dozens of these heels over 25 years in the business. This model is the best to comfort and longevity.
These were my favourite sandals. Unfortunately the leather strap broke in the middle of dancing and I took a fall. I'm not if it was the amount of ware these shoes had seen, but no one wants their shoes to break. Because it was a year after purchase, there is no warranty or anything shoe freaks can do- however I was told to purchase the clear straps and fut the old ones off to still make the shoes work. Nothing wrong with them other than that. I would purchase again
Absolutely gorgeous. Although I am a size 10 I have narrow feet and after a few wears they have stretched and are loose around the width of my foot despite being perfect in length. I do not have this problem with the heels with plastic straps though. So for this reason I give them 4/5 stars. To make them fit better I wear detachable ankle straps
