Great play frame, kids love it. Very secure when anchored in but not as easy to build as I expected, would be easier as an extension to existing frame rather than free standing frame as I have it. Only issue is the plastic caps to cover the bolts are too loose, they don't stay on when there is anyone using the frame so not fit for purpose.

Easy to assemble and came well packaged. We have had them up for 4 months and they are enjoyed daily by our 7 year old and still look fantastic.

This product was very disappointing, the instructions didn't match, they were missing some bolts and the timber quality was terrible
We are very happy with this monkey bar set. It is sturdy and looks attractive. Our 7 yr old daughter loves playing on it. My husband put it together by himself, it took about 3hrs. There were some issue with delivery but customer service at Temple and Webster was fantastic and they made the whole experience very easy for me.
Product looks good and quality seems good too.Kids used it and loved it.I assembled it on my own. Just need to concrete it to make it stable and all anchors were supplied with it anyway.The only thing is maybe having all the different screws/bolts and nuts in individual bags instead of everything being mixed together.Cannot judge on how the product will aged as it is brand new in my backyard.Quiet happy with it my girls are 6 and 7 and is not an easy Monkey bar set for them! So plenty of room to progress which is great.Thanks
We bought these a year ago and the kids (8 & 6) have loved them. Invented all kinds of games on them. Would definitely recommend.
I got this for the kids and it has gone down a treat. Looks good and instructions were clear to follow.
Great products
Poor customer service so far, have issues with a broken piece of wood and several large knots. Contacted and heard nothing, called back and was told I’d been sent a spam emailAbout wood splits. Explained this is not a split it’s a damaged piece. Was told advisor would call me right back. This was over a week ago and still not heard. Also notice several areas of metal bars have small spots of rust where the paint hasn’t covered completely- I will be trying again to see if I can get these parts replaced 😞
