This is a fantastic helmet. It's light, comfortable and looks great. I was considering the Ventral Air, but this helmet was about $100 cheaper and looked slimmer on my head. The fit is great. It's very comfortable on my head. Only improvements I see is that the front strap location is very far forward and I can sometimes see part of the front strap in my peripheral vision. Not all the time, but sometimes I see a slight shadow sideways. I'll continue to tweak the adjustment to see if this goes away. Fantastic helmet and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Firstly, the mips integration is really slick and clean. Definitely none of that gross inner shell vibe on early mips helmets. The lack of adjustability is the biggest problem though. The drive side is locked in place because where the strap passes through the back of the helmet is glued and stitched. This means you can only adjust one side of the helmet.Next, for the price point, the level of finish is low compared to other brands. For nearly $200, I would expect trim over the EPS on the underside of the brim.I really liked the colour in the photos but in real life, the finish lacked the lustre of the studio shots. Would have to try in a shop before considering purchase again

My head and this helmet do not match. Immediate indents on my forehead and headache within 30 mins of wearing.I even measured my head prior to ordering! While I loosened it, it was still tight on my forehead and loose on the sides. Very strange! Guess my head isn’t the right shape for POC. I wore it and I confidently threw away the packaging prior to wearing, or I would 100% return. :(For those that have the correct shaped head, seems like a great helmet.

Really enjoying this helmet so far - especially compared to my previous MTB style helmet. I primarily looked for a new lid for better airflow and am not disappointed. I no longer have sweat pouring down my face which is a welcomed changed. I can see why some people voice issues about the strap - it cannot be changed and Im fortunate that my ears just **barely** fit within the loop structure. I would definitely say this is a try-on-and-see helmet given the lack of adjustability. It worked out for me and I love it but it may not for others.
This helmet is lightweight and extremely comfortable. I would give 5 stars, but the straps around your ears are unable to be adjusted vertically — adding more length to create a larger loop. You can however adjust the the retention straps horizontally, moving the plastic adjustment tab back and forth. I think I’ve found a comfortable setting. Another great feature is the fine tuned adjustment of the spin system and its adjustment dial to disperse pressure evenly around your head. Other helmets I’ve worn create pressure points leading to headaches, this helmet is the exception. So far I’ve put about 100 miles on the helmet and I’m loving it!
Nice looking helmet and comfortable except for when you clip the ear straps on. They sit too high and lay on the ear rather than below the ear which is very uncomfortable. It sounds like other people have had the same complaint so it seems to be a design flaw. POC would not accept a return on the helmet because it was on sale. I feel like they should consider a returnbecause of the design flaw. It probably stated the return policy when I purchased the helmet but I would not imagine purchasing a helmet from such a reputable company would have such a problem. I can not wear this helmet and will be selling it.
This helmet is great except for one thing. I had it for 2.5 years and had to replace the inner liner thing 3-4 times. The first year is covered under warranty but after that they make you pay $25 each time. So if you like paying $150 for a helmet and another $100 for dumb velcro things you have to replace every 6 months, have fun. Without the velcro thing inside, it has the scratchy velcro side against your head which hurts and leaves an "I'm an idiot" mark on your forehead. Otherwise, yea. Awesome helmet. For the record, I ride a bike for work, have been riding a bike basically every day for the past 20+ years. This helmet sucks. But is sadly the best lightweight, stylish, urban lid there is. So.... IDK. Someone needs to fix this inner liner thing and then this ... MoreThis helmet is great except for one thing. I had it for 2.5 years and had to replace the inner liner thing 3-4 times. I purchased the Omne Air Spin on the clearance sale July 2022. I’m giving the helmet a marginal rating because like others have indicated in their reviews, the helmet is very comfortable, but unfortunately, the straps are not.The straps are too short and have no adjustment for additional room around the ear lobe, so I somehow have to learn to live with this annoying fit issue. Reading the fine print, items purchased on the clearance sale are non-returnable.Bottom line, I should have listened to other reviewers and taken a hard pass on this helmet. It was not a good deal even at close out pricing.
The helmet is way to small, like WAY TOO SMALL. I'm a size ~58 and this supposedly fits a size 61. I had someone with a much smaller head try it on and they didn't find the sizing right either. The adjustment at the back only elongates the helmet, but the helmet isn't wide enough to accommodate larger heads in the first place. I fit well enough in a large Fox Speedframe, but this helmet doesn't even cover the top of my head (I ordered the largest size). Furthermore, DO NOT IGNORE THE STRAP REVIEWS. The strap issue that has been pointed out by many online, on reddit, and reviews here. There was no update or fix, they are ridiculously small/short. The marketing photos of the people with the helmet on is quite deceiving. I'm assuming they are using the same size ... MoreThe helmet is way to small, like WAY TOO SMALL. This item was sold as a finale sale, I tried chatting with POC and explaining how the sizing wasn't quite what I expected but was eventually denied a return. Luckily I purchased it on sale so I didn't loose too much, but if I paid full price I would feel horrible. This is my first POC purchase, and paired with absurd sizing and return policy (though clearly labeled on the website and throughout the checkout process) I think I will stick to Fox for MTB and try my luck with other brands for road stuff. It might be perfect for you, but if know you don't fit well in department store/medium sized helmets, I advise that you look elsewhere or at the very least TRY IT ON FIRST.
First of all, it looks great! The brown-gold color (or what the heck its called) is very nice and not too shiny! The protection I can‘t say and hopefully never will but it feels solid and more robust than my old one (Octal). Here I have to say I have a huge watermelon head and while the Octal at size 62 sat comfy, the Omne model feels rather tight at its loosest level. Also the ear/chin strap feels a bit less spacy.Since space in this case means unsafe, I guess i take it 😂
