The hose itself is great in that it is lightweight and doesn't get kinks that eventually turn into leaks like plastic hoses often do. What is disappointing is that they changed the hardware at the end of the hose such that the attachable spray nozzle doesn't fit anymore. The hardware at the end of the hose isn't the same as what is shown on the website or online videos. The spray nozzle is useless as a result of that change. It simply doesn't attach to the hose.

6 ft short of advertised 50ft

I had an older version of this hose (Silver Bullet) that lasted about 2 years before wearing through the outer sheathing (to be fair it was dragged across gravel and brick area throughout it's life). Just got this new and improved version. It's 6 feet short of the advertised 50ft length when fully pressurized. Not long enough for my needs. The "copper" is for color only. It's aluminum with a copper finish. Also the new color design is freaking out my cat as it looks like a snake. Flow rate is noticeably lower that regular garden hose but also below that of the previous version. Oh, and the tag on the hose reminds you that this hose is to be stored indoors when not it use. Hmmm. I still like these type of hoses but I'd look for a different brand.

CUSTOMER NO SERVICE FROM POCKET HOSE AND BULB HEAD

My copper bullet that I bought on August 28, 2023 failed because the male fitting that the bullet and sprayer attach to degrades and the bullet and sprayer will no longer attach. Pocket House redesigned it with all copper fittings, and when I made a claim they sent me the very same hose that failed as if it will not fail again. Pocket Hose refuses to send the newly designed hose which is all it advertises on its website because "it does not qualify." DO NOT BUY POCKET HOSE.

DO NOT BUY

Bought this hose and was so dissapointed. It didnt expand to the 15m length on the box. I was lucky if I got a 3m hose. When the hose gets wet it released a detergent like white substance. I had no water pressure at all from the hose. I am so dissapointed. Unless you live in a home without flow restriction and strong water pressure, you are wasting your time and money buying this hose.

Just another over-rated hose

You see the commercials advertising how strong this hose is over previous generations. Total waste of money, failed on day 93, 3 days after the return policy. Want to use the warranty? HaHa. You have to pay to ship the hose to them so they can examine it vs me just sending them an obvious picture. I am totally done with these useless hoses.

Lightweight and powerful spray.

I mistakenly thought the hose was 50 ft and then expanded, but 50 ft is what it expands to, so I was at first disappointed since I was replacing another expandable hose of the same size. However it doesn't shrink back but a little when fully open, and its power allows the spray to reach a long way, so it still meets my need for the space. To have a gentle spray for watering some plants, will need to turn the power back at the faucet. I wasn't quite sure about it, but the quality and power of the spray to reach a longer distance is what convinced me to keep it. You can, of course, take the copper head off and attach a separate sprayer if needed. It is really lightweight, but still very powerful.

Not puncture proof

This is is falsely advertised!! Do NOT BUY!!I purchased 6 hoses from 25 ft to 100 ft. Squirrels bite holes in 2 days of all of them, expanded & non expanded!! I've tried calling the company with no response several times. I just ordered 6 stainless steel hoses that expand for half the price! Do not order they are CHEAP& the actor in the Comercial, if I EVER see him I will give him a piece of my mind for falsely advertisement. I'm talking with my Attorneys to see if we should sue!!

Only expands when pressurized

The hose does have many nice features, but one downside is that the hose will only expand fully when there is sufficient water pressure in the hose. This means that the hose must have a nozzle or sprinkler on the end that does not allow full flow of water so that the pressure builds up inside the hose. Simply put, if you have the hose without a nozzle on the end and try to run water to let's say fill up bucket, the hose will NOT expand.

Pocket hose copper bullet

I purchased 2 hoses in May from our local Home Depot in Medina, Ohio. Already, one of the hose has sprung 2 leaks in a matter of days! The other has been fine but does not get much use. Isn't anything made good these days? The box says made in China, I guess that tells me everything. Although, the hose was good mostly, but for it to spring leaks after 3 months of light use, not a good investment. Won't be doing that again.

Tough Hose Material But Connector Poor

The material the hose is made of seems pretty tough, however, the plastic male connector started leaking then broke into two pieces so the hose is trash now. I bought 2 75 ft hoses Summer 2023, but it was too late for me to get my money back. I read in other reviews, the connectors are now metal. I like the hose, I'll be replacing these with the new design. You can believe, I will be making sure I get the new design and not something left over from last season.
