I was wary as im not a fan of 'surf boards' i thought they would be uncomfortable. They weren't. I spent the day on Busselton Jetty fishing. Anyone who knows the jetty knows its a long walk to the bathrooms. Didnt have any worries this time with leakage, Comfortable, absorbant of any leakage. Would highly recommend

The Poise Extra Pads provided the discreet protection I needed for my light bladder incontinence during exercise. I felt comfortable and did not notice any odour like sometimes with panty liners. I didn't feel they were too bulky and they didn't seem to make a difference when I was wearing leggings. I would recommend these pads.

The Poise Extra Pads I tried were really fantastic! Firstly they are thin and discreet, it doesnāt feel like youāre wearing a bulky nappy. And they are very absorbent - giving me the confidence to go about my day knowing that Iām not going to have an embarrassing accident in public. Iād be very happy to recommend this product to others with bladder leakage issues, as I really feel they are high quality at an affordable price. They do the job they say they will, and I can feel normal getting in with my day as I used to.

Even though they are super pads, they didn't seem bulky at all. I didn't notice them when wearing everyday including for LBL when exercising. I also used them on a heavier day of my period and the absorbency was excellent. I wasn't a fan of the packaging but that's a small thing.
I found the Poise Extra Pads too small especially in width as after a short time wearing them they shrivelled up on the sides and caused leakage on side of my underwear when I had a slight accident. This happened when using at night or during the day, so would not feel confident to use for moderate incontinence. Found no different to using a liner which would not be suitable either. Especially not made for larger ladies hence the problem of shrivelling up of product, would be useful if they catered for larger ladies bodies please as noone does.
I was keen to trial the āPoise Super Padā as Poise are one of my favourite brands.They were in their recognizable pink packet and individual pads wrapped in a soft white cover with pretty scattered flowers. The removable paper over the sticky part had a small arrow pointing to the front which is helpful, but I would prefer it to be bigger and more obvious because. They stuck well, stayed in place and kept me feeling dry and odourless.The pad was bulky so I was self-conscious when wearing tighter pants and a bit too wide for me as I found it became a bit scrunched up and not as comfortable. These pads were comfortable to wear though, i wouldn't hesitate to use them if I needed that extra confidence for urine leakage. They curve to your body and once you have got them in place, you can forget you're using them. I didn't notice any odour, like with the panty liners. But as I didn't have large leakage that might be the reason. I felt I could wear the pad all day and I only changed to a fresh one after shower at night, ready for bed. I liked the packaging. I also liked that the individual pads where a discrete colour so they donāt stand out if you are getting one out in front of someone. They fit nicely and didnāt feel thick. They also remained in place well. They were somewhat hot when exercising but no more than expected. They did not leak at all. I was also very impressed that they did not smell: However they were changed very regularly.They have great, I would highly recommend them to women experiencing light bladder leakage during and after pregnancy.
I found the Poise Super pads to be very comfortable. I was able to go about my day feeling protected and I forgot that I wearing a pad. The pad was easy to fit and I didn't need to make any adjustments during the time I had the pad on. The pad bunched up a little in the middle but it didn't affect the protection or the comfort of the pad. The Poise Super Pad was one of the most comfortable bladder leakage pads that I've tried. I will buy these pads in the future.
I have used others of these products before and I always come back to poise. I hadnāt tried this particular product though and was a little worried if it would hold up but it did! And they were really comfortable to the point where you pretty much forget you are wearing them. I have also converted my grandmother to these now as well so win, win.
