Initially hesitant to purchase after my Huawei one died, with mixed reviews and the Garmin chokehold on smart sport watches. If you're on the fence just get one!It's freaking brilliant, screen is clear and bright, it's intuitive to use once you're around the layout. Super simple to customize to your needs. I've loaded my top 5 sports for easy workout logging.The flow app takes a bit to get used to but again it's incredibly intuitive once you've got your head around it.I also just worked out how to write my own workout plans now, on the flow website. As an original Grit user, the upgrade to the X2 Pro is massive. The responsiveness of the device, addition of maps and improved GPS, battery life and screen make the user experience much better.Having used Garnim, Suunto and Polar watches I prefer the analysis the Polar Flow app provides, even if it is now dated in looks. The X2 device also adds screens which present metrics over time (e.g. HR), helpful when monitoring your performance in longer activities.If you are after a good activity tracking watch, this is great. If you are after a smart watch with activity tracking, this might not be for you. If you can find the device on offer then it might be a good purchase.
