This is retail fit, aka slightly narrow despite checking the chart and measuring own clothes. For men over 40 or with a small gut, I would recommend looser fit to avoid laundry shrinkage. Next time I will select next size up. Spouse was very happy with it though, and wouldn't hear of exchange!

In my opinion this is one of the nicest vlcolour Ralph Lauren polo available. You do not see many people in this colour.

This shirt fits true to size and has washed really well. It’s held its shape.
Shrank in the first wash on the temperature as advised in the label. 109 pounds for a garment that was only worn once. Really disappointed with this purchase.

These really are great shirts, I have half a dozen in various colours now. The custom slim fit pattern just fits so much better than the classic polos do. The quality is excellent, and they are pretty hardy in terms of durability. I will continue to buy them, although for me personally, their cost is the biggest negative. They are overpriced for what they are. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality, and well fitting Polo shirt.
