I purchased a ralph lauren 1/4 zip for £109, with birthday money. I did not use the item for around 2 weeks. I first wore this to work and noticed a small hole in the chest area , because i had a white shirt in underneath. I reported this and chatted with Jake from the complaints team who told me i would not get anywhere by sending this item back at my own cost. Overall i feel ripped off and like i have been accused of lying. I will never use Flannels again and would urge you not to either

Ordered this as I quite liked the colour shown in the picture advertised. Such a pity I didn’t read the description beforehand, as what arrived was ‘grey melange’ and not an off white which was shown in the picture.

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my son and he loves it, the quality of the material is amazing and it can be worn as smart/casual. I was also shocked at how quickly it arrived. Overall very happy.
It's a Christmas pressie for my grandson, so haven't opened it fully.One thing l'm disappointed about 7s that there was no RL paper/packaging, just a bit of (torn) brown paper around it, with a past it's sellby Ralph sticker!!Our 16 year old William is well into his Ralph, he has a weekend job washing up in a restaurant and saves hard, and his 'thing' is your clothing, which he now has loads of, so the packaging is important to him.

What a lovely top! It feels so soft and is great for around the house and also when it's a bit chilly. The material is such good quality, I love wearing it as it's so comfy. I can't get over how soft it is! It can be casual and also dressed up which is great. This top is true to size and a really nice fit. I love it!
This is the perfect autumn sweatshirt. It's great for a walk, a day out or exercise. The fabric is quite soft and elastic which allows full range of motion and even thought it's lightweight it keeps you quite warm on a windy day.
My first impressions of the top was that the fabric was lovely and soft and that it feels quite weighty. Not heavy but well made. Material around the inside of the collar is very smooth and I've not had any issues with rubbing around the neck with it zipped up. The fit is also excellent for me (38" chest) with a medium giving a bit of wiggle room without it being too baggy. I've worn it with a close fitting t shirt underneath but wearing nothing underneath is also an option on warmer days. For cooler days however the t shirt means I stay comfortably warm. The logo is quite subtle which I prefer and the colour (grey) means it goes with lots of different other clothes. The washing instructions are much like you'd expect with 30C wash and tumble dry on low.So far it's got very favourable comments from friends and I've very much enjoyed wearing it. I've not worn any Ralph Lauren clothing before but I've been impressed with this top so it may not be the last piece I have in the wardrobe.
I bought this but returned as the quality was inferior for Ralph Lauren and especially the price tag. Sizing seemed normal but it was very thin fabric. Extremely disappointing.
