Rather disappointed in these classic fits. I have many other polo shirts that fit perfectly. On these (I bought 4) the extra large is way too big and the large is a little snug. No real fit . But like all other coach shirts, it’s perfectly made and the material is what I like

I love all the colors of the Polo Ralphan Big and Tall Soft Cotton Short Sleeve tees. Keep making/selling them. These tees make any shirt or jacket just POP. They become a focal point of the ensemble. I buy any new color that is offered every season. And I reorder many colors I already have. I've been buying and using them for several years. I hope Dillard continues to sell them. Dillard has the best selection...I've checked.

Bought for my husband who has a bit of a tummy. Just because someone needs more space doesn't mean their shoulders are 10 times broader. The shoulder seam was halfway down his arm. He's 6 ft and well built so was not expecting this. Also length of t shirt is just ridiculous, it went past his bum down to legs. Looked like a nightdress. Suffice to say, returned! But quality of the material is great, he said it felt really comfy when I tried it on.
Polo T Shirts Are My Go To. I live in Florida, so the heat and humidity can be unbearable. I've lived in these T shirts for over 15 years, and continue to purchase them at least every 2 years to replace some of my worn one's. My closet contains over 40 Ralph Lauren Polo T shirts, with every color of the rainbow, including duplicates of my favs. They wear extremely well, and last years.
I am disappointed in the way PRL manufacturers their Classis Fit T-Shirts. From the disintegration of the stamped-on label to the incorrectly sewn collar. Oddy enough, the QR is still visible. The collar does not lay flat. I have older PRL T-Shirts from the 90's with the actual navy blue labels with the silver font and to this very day, the collar lays flat because it was sewn correctly. Every time I wash and dry my PRL Classic T-Shirts, I have iron the collar.Some of these shirts are manufactured from lesser grade cotton. Of the ten PRL Classic T's that I own, some cotton feels heavier than others. For example, my Red T-Shirt is made of a heavier cotton than my Hot Pink T-Shirt.
My husband has worn this T-Shirt for years and has many colors -- all size XL. This most recent order was disappointing. The shirts were much too large. I double checked the size on the shirts and they were indeed an XL. The shirt is much larger and longer than normal. Returned two and kept one as my husband had already worn it to work outside.
I bought 2 shirts and both of them are stretched in the neck after wearing only a handful of times. I compared them to my 10 year old Old Navy shirts which held up fine. I tried to return these shirts to Macy's but it was outside of the return window. Called RL and they asked for all sorts of info and told me that I would need to send them the shirts and they would inspect them and decide.. I provided them with pictures as proof that the necks were extremely stretched. I am not.going to pay for shipping just to potentially have them reject the claim
