Well made, substantial fabric, lots of extra buttons too. Polo RL is one of the few you can count on to be long enough for men over 6 feet tall (6'3" and 6'5"). The fit and top quality features ensure long-term return on investment. Highly recommend.

I've been buying Polo shirts from Dillards for over 40 years. We lived in Little Rock and were close to the Flagship store and the North Little Rock location.My two sons, Brad and Nick have worn Ralph Lauren since they were little. Because they were 6 years apart I could pass down all of these quality products even after a preteen got through with them. They have remained quality looking garments. My oldest son is having his 47th birthday this February. I now live in NC but still shop at Dillards at our local Raleigh Mall. I purchased this beautiful classic shirt for his birthday but with Valentine's Day in mind. It's always a pleaser to my oldest even at 47. I still buy him RL Polo shirts for gifts and can never go wrong. Thank you Dillards and RL. YOU. ARE A CLASSIC.

The fit is described as Classic but wears a little tight for an XLG. The shirt in question was delivered in a plastic bag (not original), both sleeves rolled up to the elbow and wrinkled to the max. I suppose Macys is referring to an Oxford- style shirt. The fabric is 100% cotton but it is not Oxford Cotton weave. This weave is silkier and will disappoint those expecting an Oxford weave.
This shirt has a very bad quality linen and the mentioned size does not fit correct. I used to wear classic fit Medium size but this one does not fit at all. Runs small. This is very unacceptable that Ralph Lauren is selling such a poor quality shirt. By the way this shirt is made in India. Never seen a Polo Ralph Lauren shirt is made in India. I dont like the quality of this product at all and going to return that .
I ordered a custom shirt sleeve polo shirt. I got a long sleeve shirt. I called to get this corrected. All I got was a we don’t have a short sleeve polo. That really doesn’t make any sense, you make the shirts don’t you? I was expecting some kind of response or even gee I’m sorry, but all I got was a notice that it was not available. How is that possible. You are polo for god sake. You must make the shirts daily. Don’t get me wrong i love the beagle on the shirt, but I ordered a short sleeve shirt and the tag was for a short sleeve shirt but I got a long sleeve shirt. Not like you got back to me and offered any solution. Seriously not a happy customer.Have a good day.

It is thin, flimsy. The sewing is second rate, including the embroidery. If one did not know this shirt represents a lessening of RL quality, then that person might be okay with it. But, its not okay with me. Clearly a corporate decision. I am no longer the market they care to sell to - not really - and at some point the new young men in college will not know the difference. I have RL Polos in my shirt drawer that are superior to this rag, including some that have undergone ... I don't know ... HUNDREDS of washings. I have purchased the classic fit polo shirt in a size medium for years. Fit was always perfect. With m recent purchase, the shirt is like a giant, loose fitting tent. The sizing has changed significantly, and the shirt does not fit at all. it is terrible. In addition, there is a giant RL19 logo stitched in large, white letters on the tail of the shirt--I did not request this, and I have no idea why it is there. I buy polo shirts because the only logo is the horse on the front. I do not want additional logos. Terrible idea to add this.
I love this product because I designed it myself. I Purchased it in black and had decorations and initials placed on it in gold. It looks amazing and my son absolutely adores it. Everyone admires it! It is very regal looking. Beautiful material and very well-made. I am already planning to buy another one in different colors for my other son. I’ve been buying these shirts in different colors for my sons since they were teens. They are a timeless classic staple for teens and adults. They look greatwith jeans or with Khaki’s for a more dressed up look. Love them!! They never go out of style. Fit true to size.
