I bought these for family photos and they’re much brighter than they appear here. I’d return them but the boys will love them anyway. I’m just going to stay with my original color scheme and buy new sweaters. I’d recommend simply because I like the look of this and if you’re on the market for burgundy look elsewhere.

Soft, medium weight, beautiful sweater. I'm an athletic woman with broad shoulders.If I fit my shoulders in Ralph Lauren's women's sizes, they're too big in the waist area and look boxy. The cut of is sweater is just right. It does not look masculine on me.

I love this sweater in cable knit ( this my 2nd, I have it in off white ) wore it the other night to a Bway show. Comfortable and great looking.
For the last couple years; any loyal RL fan; can tell you the Quality of their products is deteriorating big time. We didn’t mind paying extra for their garments simply because it was well worth it & the Quality was top notch!!! However; nowadays, we are getting poor quality at higher prices and that’s is UNACCEPTABLE. This sweater got soggy and loose after the first time I tried it on. It looked as if it was stretched out and it looked weird !!! The original advertisement stated that this garment was 100% COTTON ; it was not 100% cotton; it was like 70% cotton 20% Nylon & the other 10% Poly!!! Also; it’s NOT machine washable, it’s Dry Clean only. I couldn’t tell if the sweater was oversized or it was only stretched out due to the poor quality !!!
