Avoid Polytuf Covers

We've had ours for less than one year and it hasn't even survived one NZ winter. It's rubbish, with the outer part already ripped in several places despite us taking care of it. I complained to Polytuf and surprise surprise received no response. Don't waste your money. Try another brand instead.

Definitely not a heavy duty tarp!

Trap ripped apart at the first breath of wind. The corners might be heavy duty but eyelets just tear off. Also doesn’t take much rubbing on the trap to tear it.

Great for a ground cover sheet. Not worth the $650 to use to cover anything you want to tie down. Very poor quality.

I bought this tarp to cover a house I am renovating. It’s quite heavy and will need 2 men to get it in the roof. The eyelets are very poor quality and ripped with the slowest of pressure. The tarp tears easily too. Sharp edges toe holes in easier than some of my other tarps. I wouldn’t recommend this tarp for anything but ground cover.

Large tarp.

Needed a large tarp for camping to ensure I'm never left a few cms short with my tarp. This did not disappoint. Never underestimate correct tyre air pressure when transporting this tarp.I'm impressed.I'm slightly impressed.

Said it was in stock, but nothing in New Zealand. Got refund without problem, but cost me several days.

Tarpaulin
12 August 2021

Put tarp up, used 8mm bungee cord. First night about 7 or so eyelets ripped out, I noticed when I first put it up that eyelet holes were offset, not fitted properly and not really $400 worth of product. Then, the second night... That was it. Absolute rubbish. If you only need it for a day then maybe it will do...

Did a great job for out door storage. I stored my inventory outside of my storage facility and these tarpaulin is very good for storing outdoor.

Time will tell
5 January 2022

I wanted a tarp that will last unlike those cheap flimsy blue ones that can't stand the elements. Looks very strong and well made, only time will tell how it lasts. A good buy.
