Poowee Clumping Cat Litter Lavender 15kg

I've got three cats, using two trays. I was using a cheap clumping litter from Coles but it's getting harder and harder to find so I decided to explore alternatives. Am very happy with this product. A little dusty when emptied into the trays, but it absorbs the smell very well and, boy, does it clump! I'm throwing out way less litter every week as this really clumps tight - meaning a lighter rubbish bin and less refilling of the trays. Oh, tracking is minimal as well. v.v. happy!

A great product

One of the best cat litters on the market. When mixed with Wonder Wheat litter you have a truly effective mix for cats to use for poos and wees. Excellent service performance by Pet Circle.

Clumps AND lavender works in small unit

Great stuff ; clumps really well and doesn't stick to wall of litter trays with pee + only litter I have come across which keeps smell under control in small unit ! I will definitely be reordering

Great Clumping BUT Tracks EVERYWHERE

I purchased this after reading ALL the rave reviews and i am dissapointed to say the least - of all the litters I've trialled (over 20) it's the worst for tracking. I have 3 cats and all 3 it sticks to their fir and paws and gets ALL over the house, my litter mats don't catch it, the 10m of carpet in the catio get a lot of it BUT there is still enough of it on the paws to track through the WHOLE house - I'm finding these annoying balls of satan EVERYWHERE. It does have could odour control and clumping ability bit so do a lot others that don't track as bad.

Mixed feelings about this litter

I use this in my Litter Robot as it clumps well HOWEVER I need to mix in another type of clumping litter as well. On its own it's VERY dusty and when wet, turns into a wet cement like texture. Hence why I mix it with a corn based clumping litter and then it works well in the Robot. I wouldn't recommend it on its own.

Finally! I think I have found the one when it comes to cat litter! For years I've been looking for a decent clumping cat litter. The odour control is subtle but it works. The litter itself is in the shape of very small balls that seem soft but hold their shape, they don't seem to hurt my cat's feet. The clumping ability is amazing. It is affordable and my cats don't have any problems with it. I'm very happy!

This is a good one.

I can smell the nice scent. My kitten went for the pink and purple coloured litter. Obsessed. I actually thought she was going to be one of those cats that eat betonite clay and we'd have to stop using it, but she's used to it now. It clumps. Sometimes I guess I'm too early to clean and what I think will be a solid clump breaks down and sieves through the tray scoop, which sucks. The cats definitely like to make sure it?s not on their paws before they leave the box but it does still get outside the box, but you definitely don't find it throughout wandering too far from the tray. My cat was obsessed with the clean litter in the bag, so I had to hide it within something else, so you might want to do that too.

Value for money but my cats prefer other brands

I personally think this is a really good litter and also clumps very nicely. And very good value for the price. My cats will use it but its not their preference. I have 4 cats. The litter smell seemed contained. It does make a mess but what litter doesn't with any fur baby lol but end of the day my cats don't love it. We filled 2 litter trays with the poo wee litter and 2 litter trays with another brand that is clumping and very similar in texture to this brand and they still prefered the more expensive brand over the poo wee. But that said its worth a try

Worst Clumping Litter

While this litter smells good, it is possibly the worst clumping litter we have ever tried. The clumps fall apart as soon as you try to scoop it, so you end up having tiny granules of used litter all throughout the tray. I definitely don't recommend this, unless you want to do a complete litter change every day or two and your main concern is having it smell like lavender.

best cat litter ever !

2.5 yrs ago a cattery friend put me onto Poo Wee lavender. I'm so glad I changed over. It doesn't smell, It's easy to scoop the solids out and best of all you don't need to change the whole cat tray ever. My cats are very happy with it too!
