Don’t buy this hose, we are now returning our third one. The first one got a hole in it on the second use, the second a hole at the crimped end and the last one a hole again after very little use. Even with out the holes it’s a crappy hose, I’ve never successfully used it with out it kinking when basically in a staight line.

Don't waste your money. This is by far the worst hose on the market. It constantly kinks, is of poor quality and it doesn't take much for it to kink. It's impossible to avoid kinking and twisting as it's just thin plastic tubing, and your constantly having to straighten it doesn't cut the water flow, even with full water pressure. Very poor quality for the price. With a name like Pope you'd think it was good quality. Not so!!

Brought this at least two months back at Bunnings Bayswater in W.AKept rolled up out of direct sunlight.When purchasing we thought this looks quality.However when in use there is a Strong plastic odour that can be smelt, which I was hoping would be temporary, however it persists.Also it kinks and creases extremely easily.Can’t be bothered returning, mainly as I no longer can find the receipt.

Purchased in April. Kinks very easily and has now got a leak on the crimped fixed end. Taking back for a credit only. This is the second pope brand hose i have purchased and have found no quality in this brand.
I have very high pressure from the taps, all hoses explode out of the fittings when using. I bought pressure reducer but still spitting hoses out. This was perfect for me as the fitting ends are crimped. It does kink though, it is quite stiff. I haven't tested over time for durability.
After a few years the chemical smell improved but now in cold weather is unusable because is not flexible. True blue made in China? I've bought this hose about 2 years ago and although nice and long, it reaches all parts of my garden, it kinks all the time even when pressurised. Recently it split and I'm going to throw it out and start again with another brand. Don't waste your money.
Got this a year ago. Both ends have stopped clipping into the tap. Just bursts off.Spent the extra money thinking this would last a few years. Unfortunately not.(Yes I replaced the tap adapter, still won’t stay connected as soon as water gets turned on)
The Pope True Blue 12mm Garden Hose is light and easy to use and winds up nicely on the Pope hose reel. It doesn't kink for me and if managed thoughtfully it's no problem at all. Good product good price.
I’ve been married for 36 years and this has to be the worst hose my husband ever purchased. I think he bought this hose because it was blue (my favorite colour). That’s all it has going for it I can tell you. What can I say...... it kinks all the time. You can’t make loops out of it to hang anywhere. It’s stiff and extremely hard to handle. It definitely has a mind of its own. I’m sure Never will I ever purchase this hose again.
