This is one of the very best investments I have made in my garden for a long time. Living in a shared garden area I have had my hose stolen and was very disheartened because I couldnt look after or extend my garden area as I wanted to. My daughter bought me the indoor tap connecter and I got the retractable hose. Now I can water all of my garden, extend as I wish to and I am VERY happy. I do all my gardening from a wheelchair so this is just perfect for that too as there is no hose getting tangled in the wheels. There is not a drop of leaked water from any part of the hose or connecters at either end and I am SO happy I can now garden again in peace. THANK YOU!!!!

I bought this hose as I have a small area to water in a narrow side garden and I thought the retractable nature of the hose would be suitable for my space. It works well but I do need to make sure that the hose is stored correctly and not tangled in any way before using it. The loops can get caught up in each other if you don't do this first - obvious really, and not much different than a straight hose that kinks. I am happy with it once I worked this out, and it works well in the space.

Have had this for about a month now. Although it was very hard to find as most stores were out of stock, I'm glad I finally got hold of one. It's great for my small backyard and coils back up again. Great purchase.

Great idea and worked well except it started to leak within months. I bought a second one thinking I was just unlucky but the same thing happened. Very poor quality in a great idea.
I bought two of these 3 years ago. Had to return one as developed tiny holes in the plastic and this was replaced by Bunnings in November 2020. They have been a nightmare to use. The coiling back doesn’t last long…it just bunches and is a nightmare to untangle. Persevered for all this time but today ripped it off tap. Will never buy again.
Good alternate option for those super annoying super stiff hoses. Doesn’t fit on a hose rack well but haven’t had major issues with it getting tangled or having a mind of it’s own either!
Got about 5 years wear out of the last one before it began to develop more and more holes. Probably I'll have the same experience with this one. But it's a good product and I;d recommend it.
I bought this hose for my back garden some weeks ago and it's very compact and easy to use. It coils back immediately leaving nothing to trip over. So pleased with it that I've just bought another for my front garden.
Does exactly what you want a great spiral hose to do. Connects well, sprays well, coils back again well. Having a 15m length option is super handy and I love not having to cart around or deal with a hose reel.
Love the convenience of this hose as it is easy to store and or move to different tap as needed. It is great for managing water use as well as it doesn’t have a big pressure, so ideal for washing windows or watering the garden.
