1/3 The Price of A Small HD -- Worth It!

I would recommend this for anyone who is entry-mid level in the production world. Solo shooters and any set that doesn't have a DIT trying to establish a consistent color pipeline, more on that below.I pair the BM5 and BM7 with my OG Komodo and it works great. Wireless connection is easy and works flawlessly on both BM5 and BM7. The plastic hardshell case is the exact same for both monitors, and the compromise was taking the foam out of the casing, which I don't love... But, I'm not too worried about it.It would be great if PortKeys made some tutorials on how to ensure that the monitor is calibrated, as I'm never 100% confident that my monitor is showing the most accurate rendition of what the sensor is getting... And the calibration tools are pretty confusing.

Looks better than expected but...

Resolution coupled with the extra ports and the coming RED control cable make this a tempting proposition. However, I've yet to control my Komodo-X in any capacity. I can connect all day long, just can't do anything with it. I'm not sure if this has to do with the camera being in beta, or something less obvious. What I know for a fact is that the Komodo-X (mine anyways), doesn't work.A pity. Hopefully will be fixed with the cable (preferred method) or a firmware update.
